Bless her heart, we went through the drive thru on a Friday at lunchtime. The lady working the speaker and taking our drive thru... order appeared to be the only employee working. Our food was fantastic, fresh, warm food warm, cold Cole slaw cold! There was await time and we were the only vehicle in the drive thru. My lunch companion was able to see the lady working inside from hercar window and verified that the employee was doing it all. Lunch buddy never saw another employee other than the overworkedlady. She was cooking, she was running the register inside, taking orders inside, taking drive thru orders, made our drinks,remembered to ask and include condiments and handled the payment transaction for drive thru too. SHE DESERVES A RAISE AND TO BERECOGNIZED for her ability to do it all. As for appearance I gave 3 stars because of the condition of the back of therestaurant and drive thru menu board, speaker quality and unkempt litter debris. Read more
The manager took real good care of us. Super kind and sweet. It?s so rare to find that in fast food anymore.
There were only two cars ahead of us and when we got up in the drive through to place out order, we waited for 5 minutes and... never had anyone take our order. We left and the other two vehicles had already gotten their food and left. We had to go to TheCatch up the road and got our order taken right away and the food was delicious. Read more
Food always great but customer service is not so good. I don?t feel like I should have to beg for condiments after my money is... received and food given. I asked for extra etc. when placing my order, so plz tell me there?s and extra charge and keep thesarcasm next time. Cashier Rose! Read more
Employees was not friendly at all. They shut off most of the dining area at 4:55 pm so we had to set up front of store and lots... of fly's could not eat in peace. Will not be back. Read more
Customer service was horrible. The old food service manager in me wanted shout. The food was great. They closed the side dining... room while we was sitting there at 5 at night. I was thinking to myself all they care about is cleaning and getting out earlyand not taking care of customers and their needs. Read more
It was okay. The food was neither great nor bad. I had to go to the counter to get some things they forgot with my order. ... However, they were short staffed. Fish fillets and chicken have shrunk quite a bit since my last visit over a year ago. Thefish being thinner was especially a letdown. Not these folks fault though. In spite of this, food met my LJS expectations andstaff were very nice even though harried. Should probably be 3.5 but we can't give those. Read more
When I went to the drive thru the speaker box was broken(has been for some time), so rather than wait in line, I went... inside. First thing I hear/see is an employee berating a customer because he asked for ranch, which they don't have. They couldhave been nicer about it, but they were not. The food tasted like the grease was old and bad. This comes from personalexperience as a former LJS employee. Bad grease= foul tasting food. The prices have gotten ridiculous for what you get. If youwant to pay 4* dining prices for 1* food, then this is the place for you, otherwise avoid it! Read more
