This has happened on multiple occasions and it?s frustrating . No straws, no napkins, no condiments. French fry?s we?re about... 1/2 to inch long ? bottom of bin type. Top Bun on Big Mac had a big chunk out of it. Meat on 1/4 lb halfway off bun. Onionchunks with peeling still attached. If I had been dining in I would have asked for a refund and let y?all keep it! Instead Iwas grateful I went home where I had napkins and straws. I have 14 grandchildren and I have probably spent enough at McDs overthe last 30 years to by a Cadillac. Food was McDonald's, no complaints there. But, if you are going to have us put down nbers for table tents so you know where the... food is to be taken, don't stand at the counter yelling out a number, because we are thinking you are bringing it out! Read more

Very nice people working here. Decent about getting orders out. Most importantly they fix mistakes happily and quickly.
I don?t like or eat McDonald?s food however I do like them as a brand and a company, nevertheless I brought my daughter here... because she likes to play on the indoor playground and so we patron the place and buy some food for that experience. Theautomatic kiosks are first class and space-age and timely you can even pay with card on those and I like that it?s really goodgood. The staff who keeps the building clean are stellar and do a great job and they are very nice and kind and hard-workingpeople. However this location could use a bit more training or put in a program to help employees to fill orderscorrectly. Incorrect orders are notorious at all fast food establishments and in America and at this day and at this age it isabsolutely in my experience an expected expectation. I wholly and completely expect my order to be wrong every time withoutfailure. Most fast food restaurants are proficient at deficiency pertaining to order accuracy and this one fits the mold of whatI?ve just clearly outlined. I?m still giving them a high rating because they have staff that don?t provide food service that arevery nice and make up for the incorrect or in accurate orders because they keep the place so clean and they have such greatattitudes and are hard working and it shows. Ordered online and get there at 11:55 to pick up my drink. There were maybe theee cars Infront of me. They take their orders... but I pull up to the mic and tell them I placed an online order and it had given me a code and everything and the lady tells methey can?t complete the order and cancel it.
