Only giving 3 stars because of my initial complaint. I placed an order tonight via Uber eats, ended up waiting a little longer... than expected and my food was cold when I received it. BUT I called, I explained the situation, and the lady that too my callhelped me perfectly. She replaced my order, told me when I could pick it up and apologized. 10/10 great customer service. Worst experience ever! Went in to order food to go since did not have time to get pulled over in drive thru and wait for me to... have to go inside anyways to get order right. Waited 17 minutes! The McDouble was sitting for over 5 minutes. And when we gotit the mcdouble had cheese on it, which I ordered with no cheese, it was my sons food and he had a dentist appointment and couldnot wait for it to be fixed, left food there. Paid almost $7 for a coke. Watched a lady throw chicken nuggets on the box andsome went all over the counter where there was lettuce and onion and she just picked them up and set them in the box. Got an alert on my phone about a breakfast special. A sausage, egg, cheese biscuit for $1.50. Went to the app and ordered it.... I got my food in drive thru, my first mistake. I was rushed so grabbed my food and left. Found a sausage McMuffin, nothingelse. Read more
Twice I have ordered in the app and twice nothing was made how I ordered it. What's the point of being able to customize your... food if there not going to do it. There's no excuse for that. Clearly management doesn't care because everyone that has left abad review I don't see any comments from management trying to fix the situation. Read more
Never really had a positive experience at this location. Service is always extremely slow. Ordered two different meals today and... was given ONE BBQ sauce and had to pay for additional sauces. How are two people suppose to share one sauce? 50 cents per sauce.Not worth it. That?s on management. Stick with Wendy?s or chick fil a. More quality food and unlimited amount of sauce. Read more
Whew! I'm full! I just had a very good meal I purchased right here at Mc D's on Kemp. I'm ready to take my siesta now, but... before I do, I just wanted to take a moment to give credit where credit is due for a job well done, and to let all the rest ofyou folks around here to know that not only was the food good and hot, as I expected it to be, but, the service was excellenttoo! I am a very picky eater, but besides that, I don't eat salt...ever, and when I requested fresh, unsalted food, I got justwhat I asked for! That, in my past experiences here at most places in Wichita, has not happened too often so, to the crew andthe mgr. at this location I say GOOD JOB! I don' t mind paying for what I get if it's like it should be and it definitelywas...THE FIRST TIME! Didn't have to return even one item. Keep up the good work guys. Drive thru wait was a bit longer than oreferred but it wasn't bad. Food was good and service was friendly.
