I came today around 1230 for the buffet. The food was good. There was a nice selection. However EVERY table was dirty. Some... tables still had drinks from previous patrons. I also seen other patrons including myself wait for drinks we ordered. We all hadto go to the front counter and ask again for our drinks. Made an online order for 2 pizza melts and fries and didn?t get my fries. My boyfriend didn?t check the bag before he left, I... usually do if I?m the one picking up. The staff needs to make sure they have everything in the bag before giving it to thecustomer. The receipt is attached to the product. It really can?t be that hard. Read more
First off pizza was good. We were the only people in the place and saw maybe 2 workers But we waited at a table for 10 to 15 min... and then a guy from behind counter comes out and says if yall wanna order u have to come up here. Ok so we went up thereordered and waited and pizza came out he actually brought to table it was already in boxes and we said thank you and he turnedand left lol. Another couple came in and waited the same way we did and when he came out basically was like what you want anthey told him looks like you got it all to yourself and you need a raise and he said yeah I do. They forgot to put sauce on my pizza. It was awful.
First who takes the orders is it some ordering system because all I asked for was a large cheese pizza thin crust easy sauce and... a medium pepperoni pizza then crust. I repeated this order seven times to the person on the phone and then when I got to PizzaHut I asked the person at the window if my order was which I repeated to him and he stated it was. When I called I was informedthat they would fix the order but I had to pick it up since it was a pick up and not a delivery, and my point is it was totallytheir mistake and they did nothing to fix it which would?ve been to deliver the pizza that I ordered so therefore they receivethe one. Just had a fantastic lunch. The service was great and the Pizza and salad was delicious. Super clean and easy to get to off the... highway (About 10 minutes). Wish we still had these sit down resterants in our neck of the woods. TVs for sports and news also. Read more
The staff were extremely welcoming. Our waitress kept our drinks full and served our food promptly. The pizza didn?t leave a... greasy feel on our hands and it was delicious!! The sit-in atmosphere was different to us but we are 100% sold! Read more
