I came in today for a bowl. No biggie, then she try?s to give me old cold rice. The lady had no respect and made a scene in... front of other customers waiting in line. I don?t do reviews at all, but I love qdoba. Seems everytime I do an online order it?s never ready when I get there. Mind you I... live 25 min away and ordered at 655. Also, once an order is put in they give you a 10 min window of an approximate time . Thattime was 706-716. From previous orders I always give them the end of the window so 716. I walk up and all of a sudden I?m aghost and no one can see me. I go back out to my car till 725. I go back in the regular line and the guy tells me to go to thepickup line exactly where I was before. The food still was being made. Once I got my food No apology well actually no responseat all. I assume that everybody wanted to go home and was just tired. Especially since one of the women had time to get on herphone and talk personal life with her coworkers. I have three stars because I love the establishment but at this specificlocation the employees are not good at all. Food here is ABSOLUTELY fantastic! Light yet filling, seasoned well and a decent price. The issue...is service. It's like the... owner/operator doesn't go up to the store in the evenings. Mostly young adults/teenagers doing whatever they please while onlyone or two on the line are actually taking care of customers. Who is the manager on duty?? No name tags or anything. Used to bea good spot to place an online order and then run in and grab it, they can't even seem to do the online orders in a timelyfashion. This was actually my first time eating here, and I will be back. Food was good, service pretty fast. I like that you can... customize your order with so many choices. You could create a different combination every day for a month and still not coverthem all. Ingredients were fresh, with hot stuff (protein, rice, beans, etc) and the chilled items (veggies and quac) were niceand cold. Great choice for a fast and healthy meal. Read more

Hit or miss on service. Staff is usually fairly friendly. Food is good, but not my favorite place for quasi Mexican. A little... pricey considering most places have meal deals with drinks included in the same range. Kid's meals not bad. Dining area can becrowded and seating isn't comfortable. We usually have a coupon or discount. I wish they'd pay attention to the crispness ofsome of the grilled items. The last 2 quesadillas I had were soggy when they were supposed to have a crispy, cheesy crust. Iwill say I would rather eat here than their major pepper-namesake competitor. Read more
