I've been waiting for 15 minutes for a drink, which by itself is bad enough. My issue is that the according to the computer... screen my order was delivered five minutes ago. They are marking orders as complete so their ticket times look better for themanagement. I pushed the red button and nobody answered. I had to honk my horn to get someone to come outside. The girl wasincredibly rude and never brought my drinks. I had to call customer service to get a refund. Read more
Got Dr. Pepper there twice, both times tasted horrible.. now if I go to Sonic I go to the one off Southwest.
I'm up there so often they not only know my name but know what I like to drink and eat most of time
Went to Sonic Aug 31 2022, pull up to stall press button it show activated, no one never came did this twice, 1 car at... window...then drove to speaker , no one came on, so I said hay twice still no reply, honk horn no reply, honk again girlfinally came on speaker and yelled at me using word that 'honked in her freaking ear'..still same car at window...I justreply.that not customer service...and I precede to pull out and she yell something out the door at me, I couldn't hear it...thisgirl needs to be fired...when I first got there when I pulled into stall i saw three girls up front. Very fast and friendly car hop. I ordered ice tea on the app, she came out and apologized saying the ice machine was broken, but... she'd substitute any slush for the tea. I got a coke slush (my 1st there) and I really liked it. I'll definitely be back. Read more
The systems were down which sometimes it happens but the girl at the window was extremely rude. When we first pulled up she was... very abrupt and didn?t even stick around to hear my question. I had placed a mobile order and was curious if I was going to geta refund for my order. We pulled up to the window to ask and she immediately snapped at us and said that she had already told usno orders were being taken. I had asked why she talking to us like that, she said she didn?t have an attitude. (But she did. Iwouldn?t have said anything if she didn?t have one. That?s not something that people make up for fun. & I also have the incidentcaptured on my very good dash cam audio.) She then cut me off and said very rudely, ?I don?t have an attitude, have a greatnight, sweetie.? She slammed the window shut and stormed away. Everyone in my car acknowledged that she had an attitude. (Evenbefore she even came to the window!) We we?re being very nice and understanding but she still was very rude and unprofessional.Times were tough and she could not handle it very well. Do not try to get something to eat or drink in the morning, every time it is 20 min wait. They are horribly understaff. I think... the last two times there are only two workers. The 20 min wait I saw 6 cars just drive off. Workers are normally yelling at eachother. Stay away and drive the each 4 mins to the other sonic Read more
Waited at drive through speaker for 10 minutes without anyone taking my order. Drove up to the window since I only wanted a... drink and no one would come to the window. Finally left without anything! Read more
