Food was good but it took a while to get my order. I can't complain because they were busy.
This was our second failed attempt at enjoying icecream at Sonic. The first time we waited for 20 minutes after ordering, called... to cancel our order, and they didn't know we had ordered. Ordered on the app it was close to closing time. I ordered 2 ice cream cones and paid for them prior to pick up. Upon arrival my... food was brought out without ice cream I remembered at the last minute and the car hop told me oh yes the I've cream machine isnot working and I needed to call the 1800 number to get a refund. If I had time to sit on the phone on hold to get a refund Iwouldn't have ordered over an app I went there in person I will never use the app again because what's to say they won't havesomething else the next time and I have to do the whole process of waiting on the phone to try to get a refund issue they cankeep $3 and I just won't be back they should be able to immediately issue refunds if they don't have the product the customershould not have to call a 1-800 number to get a refund the manager on site should be able to deal with that Read more
It was terrible. First they messed up our order. Said the fixed order would be right out. 45 minutes later , still , no other.... So I hit the button again and asked if they had forgotten. Not even a minute later they bring my food out. And it was old andcold. I ended up just throwing it away. Every time I come here it's terrible. Read more

This place need to be shut down and get a WHOLE NEW STAFF. This was supposed to be a large chili cheese tot, pathetic. Messed my... other order that supposed to be a large cherry limeade (slush). But it turned out to be a iced drink, out of my three visit theywere all terrible. If you are in a rush please skip this fast food restaurant. Fair warning if you are traveling. Don't evenlook at it.
