Subs were just like we asked for. Staff was friendly and efficient even though it was getting close to closing time.
Ordered 2 footlong sandwiches on Taft road,wichita falls,Tx. The employees were awesome and the food great !!! Joe knows how to... really make his customers feel appreciated...GO JOE!!! ???? Also, DONT BOTHER going to the subway on Kemp road,wichita falls,Tx. We went there, got totally ignored when we entered the store. The guy went to the back and never returned to the counter foralmost 10 minutes,so we left and ended up at the other Subway on Taft road. Read more

Restaurant personnel weren?t that friendly. My sandwiches weren?t good. I spend over thirty dollars for nasty... sandwiches.Meatballs on my sandwich were extremely hard,dried out and not fresh. Nothing worse then nasty meatballs. Look likethey had been sitting around all day long. Read more
I came to eat here very late at night and they pour attendee was having to you know make sandwiches for like 15 people and only... one person was ordering them and I felt really bad for him but he did a really good job about it and then he finally got to meand I was just like hey I just want a cold cut combo and he was like man you're the best and I just want to say I don't know whoyou are but if you're reading this you are a great dude I was the guy in the ghostbuster jacket that one night yeah yeah thatwas me and awesome you did an awesome job man and I just I want to congratulate you and I want you to know my sandwich wasdelicious it was amazing it was delectable and it was amazing thanks for the hook up man I recommend this restaurant. Philly cheese steak sub was pretty good, but it lacked much flavor. The female employee was absolutely exceptional!! I didn't... get her name, but she was very helpful, knowledge wise, patient, courteous. I'll go back mostly because of the service. My favis the Italian BMT. Read more

Service at this particular location has gone down drastically since my last admission for review student line for 30 minutes... waiting for food to be made. I know that I don't work at Subway but I know that I could have done twice if not three times asmany sandwiches myself versus the one sandwich that the employee had made for another customer. The Subway on Kemp Blvd I wouldnot recommend going to if it wasn't for what looked to be like the other location on Old Jacksboro Highway wasn't beingremodeled.
