Veggies are always fresh, ive seen them drop meat on the counter an then put in back in the bin with the other meat.
I want to say the customer service is amazing. There was a mis communication over the phone on our order, but the girl on duty... took care of it. She even explained a better way to for me to order in the future via the App or website. Also the sandwichesand cookies purchased were were awesome!! I will send all my co-workers there!! Read more
I like Subway a lot but the workers don't seem to understand how to use their gloves properly. The worker yesterday put on... gloves to make my sub. Great. Except that he kept those same gloves on while he did a whole lot of other things as well. Notrealizing that his gloves were cross contaminated. So in reality he was protecting his hands and not my food. I see this so muchwith Subway personnel. He seemed to get a little offended when I asked him to change out his gloves before he finished mysandwich. He did what I asked and the sandwich was great. But I wish that this chain would truly teach their employees aboutfood safety. And it's the same at every Subway I have ever visited. Read more
Went here to get a quick sandwich, was not impressed. Employee seemed irritated. Food quality was off, ordered oven roasted... chicken and chicken was chewy. Bread was super dry and sandwich had no flavor. Subway isn?t fancy, but this was not the norm. Iwas charged for chips without ordering, had to go back into the store to get some after checking receipt. Read more
