Showed up an hour before closing and they just completely ignored us at the drive thru for 5+ minutes. Just tell us if you can?t... handle orders. We saw them handing food to another car at the window and when we pulled up they were hiding. Read more

I don't even know where to begin. So many things went wrong for one order. Our order was missing some items so I went back for... them. Was even asked specifically what they were and thought that was getting made. Saw the guy making the remake with his barehands. Got home and saw the items had something different in them than originally asked for. This moment is exactly why I don'torder fast food anymore. The manager had this look like they didn't want to be there. And there was no apology. Definitely notcoming back, not that anyone cares. Read more
I normally have a good experience here. The customer service is way better than other locations in town. I went this week and... ordered (and paid extra for) two cheesy Gordita crunches with extra spicy ranch. Neither of them had spicy ranch at all, andboth of them were clearly old and reheated. They were both somehow stiff and greasy at the same time. Hopefully next time isbetter. Read more
literally had hair in my food 2 hairs that literally aren't mine. and my food was wrong also. i also understand that things... happen but as i pulled up to the window she was replacing it but kept slamming the window while i was talking. i was being sonice and then gave me my food without even asking about anything. like if i find a hair in my food don't be rude to me for noreason. . and my food was literally still wrong. always like this at this taco bell. lady was rude and disrespectful. i work infood service, so much can be solved when you're respectful. but it's just taco bell so whatever. but still the one on kemp isalways much nicer and cleaner.
