Worst experience at any restaurant EVER. This was the ?good? Taco Bell until tonight. Our order was placed at 9:32. There were... two other people ahead of us. 10:00, food STILL isn?t ready. Finally, it comes out, wrong of course but I didn?t say anything.Not worth it. Then as my fiancé goes to grab a refill, I noticed him vomiting into the trash can and I assumed he had eaten toomuch. No! I wish. There lay a DEAD RAT in the kitchen in plain sight, employees just working around it. This went from ??my?Taco Bell to ?never ever again? in one single visit. I am so disgusted I am ill. Very rude and lazy! They were all hanging out in the parking lot saying there system was down. When you could see orders on the... screen. If system down you wouldnt be able to cancel the order.After telling them i want something to show me they would cancelthe order, then he could cancel it right away. Friendly drive thru service, and the food was fresh. Steak power bowl was delicious. Definitely one of the better Taco Bells!
No Silverware, missing cheesy roll up. Poor customer service from the teenager at the window. Need to train how to do PROPER... CUSTOMER SERVICE. Having a job means doing a job right and proper. It wasn't even busy so that shouldn't be an excuse. I haveworked fast food and I am sick and tired of the night people not knowing what they are doing.
