Taco Bell is a staple for my midnight munchies. Food is always tasteful, but in my opinion, it's like they are putting less and... less meat and more sauce or beans or cheese. I literally have to tear off the excess tortilla because I don't want to get fulloff the tortilla itself. BEWARE!! The lines at lunch and late at night can be kinda long.Service is ok, nothing out of thenormal. Caution: check your order before you leave the parking lot because on occasion my orders have bn wrong. Been here 3 times the past couple months and every time either I was missing several items of food/drink or I was given the... wrong order. One time when waiting inside for my order, a couple other customers entered from the drive-through saying they toowere missing items. I love Taco Bell but my experiences at this particular restaurant ensure I won't eat at this location for awhile. Read more
Whoever the guy was at the window on 8/30/2022 at 8:30 pm literally saved this Taco Bell for me. It was the first time in months... that I haven't immediately been told to "hold on" or listed 40 different things that were not available, sometimes because theywere frozen, not missing. I understand occasionally being out of things, but every single evening is a lot. 4 stars for thisguy, please give him a raise or make him manager. Read more
I made an online in store pickup order, when I arrived the door was locked with a sign that said drive threw only. I went threw... the line and a rude employee asked what I?d like and I said I had an online order. She asked my name and told me to pullforward. I waited in line for five minutes and was met with the same employee telling me they don?t have my order. I said myaccount was charged and she said they didn?t have it and basically said for me to pull around and reorder because they can?tfind it. We talked about my account being charged to which she said it wouldn?t be but it was and a manager stepped in and askedif I had a recipe which I did. Another 9 minutes pass and I?m told to pull forward to which I did. After another 9 minutes myorder was brought out and looked as if they were just tossed in the bag. When I got home we saw that three of the 12 tacos werewrong even though they asked what I ordered and I said it was a party box, and she asked if they were hard or soft tacos and Isaid hard and they gave me three chalupas. My husband and son just left this restaurant. They ordered and got there food and started eating. Both of them asked each other... if the other ones drink tasted sour? My son looked at my husband's drink and asked what is that floating in there? My husbandturned his cup around and an ENTIRE ROACH was floating inside of his drink. They both fell instantly sick. No manager was there(of course) and they are now in the bathroom vomiting. Something needs to happen. NOW. Read more

My order was correct, the food was delicious. I ordered the Chipotle grilled chicken burrito, and a large mountain dew. However,... I do take issue with how rude the girl was at the window, and the fact that the doors were locked at 830, seemed early for thedoors to be locked. Read more
