This ramen place is great! We got Spicy Taki Ramen (if you like spicy I suggest asking them to amp it up because it wasn't very... spicy, but it was good, maybe a little too much garlic added though it overpowered the dish.) I got Surprise Me! And ended upwith Yaki Udon, which was delicious and something I'd probably never order on my own. It was nicely spicy! Our waitress was verynice and attentive. We will be back! Taki Ramen is an mazing ramen restaurant! The place is cozy and clean, and the service was friendly. The Gyoza appetizer was... served within 5 minutes of putting in the order. I recommend dipping the Gyoza in the sauce and then add a smidgen of wasabi.For the main course, we had the kimchi ramen bowl and the bulgogi rice bowl. The flavors were fantastic! Currently here for work and decided to Try this place. I came around 11:30ish on a Friday and ordered the large lunch special ... Miso Ramen for $14. Comes with a side of your choice so I order the 3 piece goyza. I am super impressed and even had enough totake home for dinner. Ramen was extremely flavorful. The eggs cooked just right. Aka Ramen (extremely spicy) Chashu (Pork Belly) is my absolute favorite dish. If you like it HOT, you are in for a treat! My... wife has tried almost everything on the menu.
