Aka Ramen (extremely spicy) Chashu (Pork Belly) is my absolute favorite dish. If you like it HOT, you are in for a treat! My... wife has tried almost everything on the menu. Stellar ingredients and consistency in preparation at this gem of a restaurantwill never disappoint! This ramen place is great! We got Spicy Taki Ramen (if you like spicy I suggest asking them to amp it up because it wasn't very... spicy, but it was good, maybe a little too much garlic added though it overpowered the dish.) I got Surprise Me! And ended upwith Yaki Udon, which was delicious and something I'd probably never order on my own. It was nicely spicy! Our waitress was verynice and attentive. We will be back! Taki Ramen is an mazing ramen restaurant! The place is cozy and clean, and the service was friendly. The Gyoza appetizer was... served within 5 minutes of putting in the order. I recommend dipping the Gyoza in the sauce and then add a smidgen of wasabi.For the main course, we had the kimchi ramen bowl and the bulgogi rice bowl. The flavors were fantastic! Currently here for work and decided to Try this place. I came around 11:30ish on a Friday and ordered the large lunch special ... Miso Ramen for $14. Comes with a side of your choice so I order the 3 piece goyza. I am super impressed and even had enough totake home for dinner. Ramen was extremely flavorful. The eggs cooked just right. The pork was so soft and nice thick slices. Ifyou are visiting or passing through this place is a definite MUST HAVE! Read more

The experience we had was amazing. The waitress was one of the best waitresses that I have ever had. I almost thought about... giving the place 4 stars do yo the prices but The portions are great for the price. They even provided chopsticks helpers for mykids. The food is fantastic. You have to make sure you watch out for the spicy levels in the menu. Because it is on point whenyou see the menu. I tried a drop of the crimson spicy sauce mouth was on fire.( no lies it?s spicy guys ?only a drop?) And Ilove hot food. Just ask the staff what you need and what you can try. They will provide. Place looks cute, has booths, high chairs, normal tables, and a bar to watch the chefs cook. Takoyaki is visually pleasing with... the Bonito flakes dancing on top of it. Kimchi ramen was a hit twice in a row (my date added cheese in his ramen- they have theshredded type). I tried to shoyu ramen and it tasted so good! Date also loved the chicken karage, said it wasnt oily and wasvery light. Im just really glad Wichita Falls finally has a ramen shop- it was long overdue! Read more
