I had a mobile order placed. Sat in the drive thru for 45 mins with 4 or 5 cars in front of us. Arrived at 1106pm, left at... 1150pm..they werent busy at all, close to nobody inside the restaurant, the drive thru only got busy because of how long we allhad to sit there. I usually love whataburger however this time I was not impressed. I tried the chili cheeseburger minus the fritos. All I can... say is it would have been great if the chili was not on it. The chili was bland at best and was not that good at all. Thechili either had no seasoning or not enough to even tell. I will not be getting the chili ever again. Read more

Please work on customer service. Your speaker at the drive thru is faulty. We did not get all we ordered. We told the crew... member. She said...well I didn't charge you for it! Instead of...please pull up...we will get that for you....and then chargingus for our order. It was what I ordered. Just went home and made myself something. Husband called manager. She did not care.Other Whataburgers in town. Hope they have better management. Read more

Needed to purchase some quick food for some men working right outside of town. K ew I could get fresh and hot food. Pullef up,... greeted very nicely and gave my order. Vehicle behind me blew their horn on accident and I had to repeat order. Person takingorder let it upset her during this time. I paid and was asked 4take line A since the order was quite large. Young lady broughtout the order with such enthusiasm that you would have thought she just found out she won the lotto. Drliveted food to workersand saw where each item had been separated into bags. Big bonus there as the food was still warm and good. Prices perfect forthe amount of my order. I was thanked several times from the men. Ill do business with them again if the need arises. ???? All I order is a french fry. Wait in line for fifteen minutes. Then they tell me at the window that they're just now dropping... the fries, when fifteen minutes ago would have been the perfect time to do that. Genuinely don't understand how anyone can bethat incompetent. Read more

I have just recently been introduced to the taquito breakfast served from 11:00 to 11:00. Three times it was very very good... yesterday it was terrible! Obviously a leftover from hours before! Step up your game Whataburger owner, don't put sell out ofold food before your customers finding great food it will hurt you and hurt you bad in the long run. Please just serve fresh hotfood it's why I've left every single other drive-thru. Read more

On my visit in Wichita falls I stop at this location, customer service not great, time on getting my order was ridiculous since... I ordered only ordered Whataburger Jr and I was asked to park upfront to wait on my order. Quality of the food, was horrible, Ihope the pictures I attached to the review show so you can see, it seems I ordered a veggie burger. Very disappointed on thislocation in every category. Read more
