Gave 3 stars because the bread that comes in the basket should be garlic bread. Second I asked if I could have garlic bread as a... side since Im not getting the soup or salad. I was told no. Thats pretty ridiculous in my opinion. And I feel if I have a pastadish then I should have garlic bread. Very disappointing. Service 4.5 stars Clean place, great wine. Read more

This restaurant is a hidden gem located in a Willoughby strip mall. The Italian food is unique, freshly prepared, and delicious.... We had a leisurely dinner for the sux of us. The server was prompt with drinks, refills, bread, soup and salads, and mainentrees without being pushy. Read more

I had dinner with friends and everything was wonderful. The service was great. The waitress was very attentive. She took care of... all of our needs immediately. The food was delicious. I had the chicken parmesan. The chicken was crispy on the outside andmoist on the inside. The sauce on the spaghetti was delicious too. We all loved the rolls and we had plenty of them. The bestpart was the chicken parmesan was a 2 for 1 special. I got another dinner absolutely free! I'm looking forward to going back andtrying new dishes. I can't wait! Read more

At 430 on Wednesday we were one of two tables. The food was 5 star. Calamari was prefectly fried (not rubber bands) but too much... lemon squeezed over. Pasta Rosa was excellent. Alfredo was a bit boring. The deal of the day was 2 chicken parm for 20. Theservings were large and everyone loved it. Salads were small but everyone loved the house Italian and my bleu cheese wasexcellent. Service started poorly but got better quickly. Our server was wonderful. The thing is...it is a relatively smalldining room and there was a lot of movement. It felt as though there was no "flow." I gave me a feeling of disorganization. Goonce to give them a try but be forwarned...if you want extra sauce for your chicken parm..it will cost $2. And they have amoronic split plate charge. I find anyone who does that to be horrible at customer satisfaction. Read more

Italian gem in a nondescript strip mall in Willowick with a diverse menu. Friendly and attentive service. Great prices and value... for large portions, and their daily specials are amazing deals. The food was high quality for the price. I will be back. UPDATE:3 weeks later I went back, and changed my 5 starts to 1. Never have I been treated so rudely, and by an owner no less. Had areservation and the man did not come to the front but asked from inside the dining room (speaking over tables) if I had takeout, then asked how many and when I signaled by hand he started yelling at me "We speak English here, I don't know what that means."I was stunned and embarrassed, and also confused for it's a restaurant with Italian words in their name and on the menu. Otherdiners assured me that "oh that is just him, don't let it bother you." Well I have traveled all over the world and no that isnot acceptable behavior. I know we all have bad days but this was excessive and mean, and I do not know what triggered hisviciousness. It may have been that I was wearing a mask for precaution (I'm 2x vaccinated) and that makes me wonder about theirCovid safety protocols. The manager (she did not say but I guess it is his wife) did eventually come over to apologize, and shemade him do so later. He comped my $7 wine, but honestly it felt like a forced gesture. My server was very professional andpleasant and the food was good (spaghetti a bit dry) in the end. The staff does not deserve to work under these conditions. So,round two, I will NOT be back. There are lots of other Italian places that are less expensive and treat customers with respect(Scotti's, Guido's, Mama Catena's, etc. etc.) What a disappointment. Read more

Still on my quest to find a Veal Parmigiana on the east side that tops Scotti?s on E185th, so I took the recommendation of a... coworker and went to Vittorio?s. Nice local ambiance and friendly staff. The Veal Parm was very good with a crispy coating, butIMHO did not top Scotti?s ... though it was much better than several others that I have tried around town. Read more
