Order was wrong. Usually is when I order online. Paid for extra meat on one sandwich and didn't get it (almost can't even see... any in the picture). Wanted no lettuce on another - well, I pulled it off. Lady making sandwiches didn't even see the message atthe top of the receipt for items on the side (even said she doesn't look for them). Should've known better, but very limited inmy area to food places (Wiggins, MS). Don't accept coupons or do online deals due to rising costs and shortages (wonder who'sfault that is, just saying). I went twice within a month and they wouldn't take my coupon. Why do they mail you coupons if you cannot use them? If anyone... else has these problems complain to Subway's Corporate office. Read more

Awful service, had to ring the bell for service & was told to hold on. The bread wasn't cooked completely, no banana peppers,... the moron who rang me up couldn't answer a simple question. No macadamian nut cookies, no root beer. They had nothing I askedfor. I was the only person in the restaurant & there were 3 people working. One was complaining about having worked since thismorning. The worker used a dirty knife to cut my sub and made someone else?s TUNA SUB while making my steak and cheese without changing... her gloves. Also all the lettuce, olives, pickles, etc are completely frozen. Read more
