20 years of having the same favorite restaurant is causing me to get burnt over and over lately . They never give you the right... food or with what you wanted on it anymore. You can $12 for a hamburger meal and it doesn?t have any condiments you ask oh theydon?t have mayo or ketchup . I pay for a big bacon classic because I want lettuce tomato pickles and onions and I get meat andcheese only . This isn't the one I usually go to but I was out of town so I stopped and got the grilled chicken sandwich. Just the burger... because wendys has always been on the expense side but was always worth bc it was so much better quality than other fast foodchains so I never bothered to have to pay a little more but now-a-days it's $10.?? per meal so i only usually get the 4 for$4.?? or the 5.?? biggie bag I was just craving grilled chicken this day but totally worth the $8.?? because the grilledchicken is" USUALLY "ALWAYS FRESH because fast food just isn't worth it and isn't even that great it's actually pretty bad forus but we live our lives in the fast lane and don't pay as much attention some days because of running short on time Read more
I went to Wendy?s for a burger and frosty while having to diabetic attack. I couldn?t hardly hear the young lady that took my... order over the speaker. She asked me to drive to the window took my order. After I asked for a small burger and a frosty. Sheseemed to be new and didn?t know what she was doing and another young man came to assist with my order. I was Charge eightdollars so I drove to the next window to pick up my order. There was two managers standing in the pickup window. I asked whendid they start charging five dollars for a burger. One manager offered a junior burger which was $1.49 that?s what I want it.Then she asked me if I One at her to change my order. I replied no since I already paid for the other burger. As I was waitingon my order another manager came to the window handed me a frosty in eight dollars. And I asked her why was I receiving eightdollars. She replied enjoy your free frosty because the other manager refused to take my order because she felt that I?d talk toher wrongly which I did not. I threw the eight dollars on the ground with the receipt and drove off. I?ll call corporate officeto complain two times to the GM as well as the district manager. I received a call later on that night supposedly the districtmanager. Danny Alexandria He assured me that that is not the Wendy?s way and gave me a free meal. I come to realize today thatit was their assistant manager that called pretending to be a district manager. Not only found out after I was about to order200 burgers for the community! Not quite up to the quality I am used to from Wendy's, but it was food. I remember the "hot and juicy" commercials. These... burgers were pretty dry and rubbery. And I know nobody else notices, but when the patties are all crooked and hanging half offof the bun, it just comes off as careless and messy. It just annoys me when I have to open the sandwich to put the meat on itmyself. At $6 for a double cheeseburger, I was disappointed. Read more
I had gotten a salad a couple of months ago and it tasted delicious but the last couple of times they were Horrible!! I don't... know what kind of lettuce they use but it looks like something called curly endive, and to me it is Horrible! I like crisplettuce not what ever that stuff is. So if I can't get the good ole crispy lettuce for a salad anymore I will not be orderingthe salad again!! Read more
Lobby was a mess. Food and trash everywhere. Infested with flies. I could enjoy my food which wasn?t good for fanning flies off.... Waited 5 minutes before even being greeted by the staff. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Read more
