The service was fantastic. Great friendly staff. Why not 5 stars.? Well the salsa that came to the table tasted like watered... down tomato paste with salt and pepper. My wife had Hawaii fajitas. They came with 3 pieces of shrimp. 1 and a half pieces ofpineapple. I had the enchilada with chicken. They had no taste. Chicken was tough to chew. Catrina's was recommended to me by a local, and I was happy for it. The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and my drink... order was taken. Chips were delivered to my table immediately. The chicken fajitas sounded great that day, and when delivered,were fantastic. The meat was cooked perfectly, blackened but not crispy, and the vegetables still had plenty of greatflavor. I'm also a fan of avocado and guacamole in general, and theirs, with the lettuce and pico, tasted fresh-made. Overall,a fantastic experience in a good atmosphere. Read more
