Order was completely wrong. Completely left out one whole order that was paid for. Even asked to make sure it was in there. They... mumbled and was rude. On top of it I got food poisoning. Ever since remodel it has went way down hill. Read more
Orderd chicken mcnuggets with bbq sauce received a big mc and fries got to love places that can't make a order correct
Even though they were busy. Was very patient because we had 6 kids with us. Had a great experience.
Management needs to invest in a digital clock as the staff is clearly unable to read an analog one. Arrived at 8:18 p.m. to see... staff locking the lobby doors even though signage clearly reads that they are open until 11 p.m. Of course they will claim thatthey are understaffed due to COVID-19 and the economy, but more likely they have discovered over the past 2 years that they candrastically cut their labor cost by not hiring and reduce their level of service to their customers and we will accept it. Doneaccepting it. Part of the cost of the food goes to providing a sit-down experience if desired, access to restroom to wash yourhands before eating, a play place for children and a polite "Hello, may I take your order?" If these are a thing of the pastthen lower your prices to reflect it. Will not be returning. Read more
I would give it 0 stars if available this is the worst place ever very un professional staff doesn't listen to customers orders... that's why it's always wrong when u get your food fries were old ordered a bundle came with 4 cheese burgers basket of fries and20 nuggets didn't relieve 2 cheese burgers told them and they tried to say the screen only said 2 I said well I ordered thebundle and it comes with 4 they tried to not give me my food and was very rude and un professional and both workers weremanagers. The lady even stuck her head out the window almost in mine complaining at me crazy people at wilburton McDonald's!!That's all I'm saying good luck to all who go there . I mean... it's McDonald's... so my expectations were pretty much nil to begin with... but these knuckleheads managed to make the... visit worse than expected. For the love of god people... have some pride in your jobs. Clean the dining area once in a while(ketchup should not be splattered on the drink dispenser)... and read the tickets on screen. How hard is it to read the order,make the order, and put the order into the bag? Apparently, that's too much to ask. If you go here... just throw some money onthe counter and tell them to give you whatever it'll buy... because this place has never been able to get an order right. Ipromise, you'll be disappointed if try to order something specific from the menu. Order a cheeseburger... they'll give youchicken nuggets. Order a shake, when their machine actually works, and they'll give you a hot coffee. I swear, it's like thesepeople have an internal competition amongst the staff to see who can be the most terrible at their jobs. Read more
Please clean the entire place on the inside!????We were the only customers inside and there were dirty tables everywhere and... flies infested the place. Swatting flies in order to eat...???? Also in the bathroom on the back of the door is the sign forwhoever cleans the restrooms is supposed to initial it. Well there were none, and it showed in there as well. Plenty of workersjust standing around. If your leanin you need to be cleanin, EVERYTHING...ketchup packages were one big mass. It was yucky. Read more
We came through the drive thru after a 4 hour softball camp. We waited at the window for a few minutes while several people... would come over and be looking up, I assumed it was the drive thru orders. When we finally got our food, our drink seemed verysmall to be a medium, got no sauce for the chicken mcnuggets, and got only 9 instead of 10. Of course, we were on the roadtraveling back home when we discovered this, and turning around just wasn't feasible. Read more
