This is supposed to be fast food but definitely not when you have to pull over to wait in your food.

I'm just curious as to why the frappe machine is being cleaned at 830 in the morning (this has happened like 4 times already)..... its coffee..don't most people want coffee in the morning? Idk I just think cleaning the frappe machine would be more efficientif it were done at night when most people don't want coffee.. just a suggestion. Read more

I ordered from this McDonalds in Wilder Ky. My order was simple bacon cheeseburger small fry bundle with small strawberry... shake. Si.ple order no bacon on my sandwich this is the 3 messed up order I have received in a week and a half I drive fromashland to Newport 2 times a week for work. That means the last 3 days of work here I have stopped and they haven't got myorder right. I think I may resort to going to speedway and getting a roller hotdog. I know how McDonald's expects theirrestaurants to be run I work one for 3 years. When I took the sandwich back in i said this mad 3rd order messed up in just overa week his reply was sorry i dont know what you want me to do about it. So they were also very rude. Read more
I know times are hard, but I walked into this McDonald's this morning and there were only two people running it. One was Zack... and I didn't get the other employees name (obviously she was disabled with a limp). These two people didn't miss a lick! Drivethru had approximately 8 cars in it and there were 3 (including myself) in the store. I never saw two people working so hard inmy life. I work in law enforcement and I wish half our team worked this hard. I worked at a McDonald's for a couple of years(when I was younger), so I have a good idea how hard it can be. These two people need to be rewarded for their performance thismorning. If they're not, then shame on you. You never see people working that hard, to please soo many people. Read more
The play place is disgusting! And there's pretty much never anyone at the counter. When you go in 90% of the time you have to... use the kiosk because there's no one even up at the register. When I went to the drive-thru the other day, of course they forgotmy stuff. I had to turn around because it was my kid's breakfast before school and that almost made us late. But the playroom isthe biggest thing. It is seriously disgusting. I don't know when the last time they have swept in there because every time I goin there I see the same stuff on the floor.
