Not sure why their sinage says they are open until 11 p.m. and I pull up at 10:15 p.m. and their doors are locked?!
I dare you to go through the drive through and order a cone without them giving it to you in a cup with no cone or an upside... cone in a cup. All with no explanation, handing it over like it?s perfectly normal. And no, the ice cream is never soft which ispretty standard for tossing your cone in a cup. Horrible service. Read more

Don't go! I order one scoop of ice cream and one cappuccino which cost me around $8 and gave the cashier $20 dollars but she... only gave me $7 dollars back (one $5 and two $1). Because she gave me the drink and ice cream before I paid. That's why Ididn't have an extra hand to check the money and I really trusted them. But this was really disappointing, it is not just aboutthe money, it also means some staffs are lack of professionalism!!!! Please check your cash before you leave and learn from mymistake. Read more
I've been standing here over five minutes, and just now is the first moment anyone has spoken to me or made eye contact. No one... is standing idle - these folks are working steadily, mind you. But it doesn't bode well for a high standard of service. Ifyou're here to buy, you might do better to visit the drive-thru. That seems to be getting much more positive attention fromstaff. Read more
