It?s truly amazing how the fast food industry charges restaurant prices for absolutely garbage food that is never fresh, always... cold and taste like it was made the day before you ordered it. If your going to charge damn near $20 for a combo least you cando is make it fresh with some quality. Spending that much money on food that is so disgusting I literally threw it in the trashis absolutely infuriating. Read more

Went to grab breakfast on 20220905 @1045. The guy on drive thru was rude and to busy jaw jacking with guy on motorcycle to do... his job. Was in such a rush didn't even getting my entire order. He cut me off, and then gave me a total. Guy wasunprofessional and should fired. Go eat at another jack in the box. This place sucks. If I could give no stars I would. Read more

I went through the drive through. Great food came hot and nicely put together, not giving a bad review on food but the cashier!... So I gave him my debit card and he had his phone with him it seems he was taking a photo of my card? It was about midnight, whenI asked him he said he was changing a video on his phone! I don't know if he was or not but it seemed suspicious to me so I haveto order a new card now because you never know. Shouldn't have his phone where debit cards are taking just suspicious. And ithappened before with Starbucks in Newport beach she penciled my card number on a receipt two days later 250 was stolen from mybank. Just a heads up with this guy because you never know. Trying calling later that morning only answer machine caution!!!!!!! Read more

Let me try this again, since my review was deleted. I placed an order online, and arrived to the location to pick up my order.... The man says to me that their was no order under the name of the order. I asked him for a refund, replied he cant because theiris no manager at the moment. How is there no manager at 1am? Who is running the restaurant then?? Jack in the box really needsto fix this. To give us an option to cancel our order. And not leave empty handed. I will not be returning back to thislocation.. Ordered here on a Sunday morning at around 8am. I went through the drive thru and asked for a cheeseburger plain, mini... pancakes, coffee and fries. After receiving my order one of the girls seemed lost and didn?t know what time of day it was. As wewere on the freeway my son noticed his burger wasn?t plain. The fries were extremely hard and crunchy, like they wereyesterday?s fries. He wanted to eat the pancakes and noticed they didn?t put a fork or syrup I imagine they want people to enjoyday old crunchy dehydrated fries with without condiments. They did ask if I wanted sauce I said no but that I do want thesyrup. Read more

Worst Customer Service....Orders always wrong and then they give you an Attitude when you being it to their attention. Sloppy ... food served even when they are not busy. THEY JUST DON'T CARE...FROM THE COOK TO THE MGR! These pics are my last order, wheretheir reply was, "we always make them the same". Wow! So grease is now on the menu. Smh Read more
