This Jack in the box almost looks as if it is in the middle of nowhere. The workers are amazing and I ended up trying the oreo... pumpkin shake per their request and let me tell you.. IT WAS GOOD!! If I could put a half a star i would. The dining room was closed so I was at the mercy of the drive through window. The sausage... croissant sandwich was $8 and weighed about the same drenched in grease served with a gelatinous mass that was supposed to behash browns. I had asked for the Sriracha sauce and got none. A simple request that was ignored by a rude staff member whoseambivalence was matched by a total lack of responsibility! How hard is it to place a packet of sauce into a paper bag? I wouldnot recommend this place to anyone and I would not feed their food to my dog. Go to Farmers Brothers for two dollars more youcan get a meal that is edible. Read more
How hard is it to get an order right? Burger, 2 orders of egg rolls and a bunch of tacos. Only had 1 order of egg rolls in the... bag but charged for 2 on the receipt. Nothing like picking up food for a group of friends and 1 person doesn't get theirs. Read more
First I have to say, oh my goodness! What happen to what I have said many many times. The Jack in the Box is the best one I have... ever been to! The people that worked there got it right every time! The food was cooked perfectly! Now, it makes me sad to saythis but the place is and has been going downhill! Almost every time I go there I get to the window and pay they give me mydrinks and tell me to go to number two and park! Once again it makes me sad to say this but the Quality of the food is way belowthe standards I?m used to a Jack-in-the-Box if you?re breaking in a new cook work with him and tell him he?s got it right if youdon?t know he?s not doing good he?s going to make sure he does his boss needs to last night I got one of the worst sloppyhamburgers I?ve ever had I hate about half of it the rest was thrown out. Oh my god. So greasy and oily the hash browns wont even come out of the paper bag its in. Horrible will never ever eat here... again. The people were terrible as well. They always screw you in the drive thru. Great place to eat if your constipated . Read more
Service was speedy, place was clean. Food was fresh and was as expected. Lots of parking, clean restrooms, and kid friendly.... High chairs available and table service as well. I like the unlimited drinks and soda machine with just about every Coke productavailable. Right at the freeway exit, hard to miss and next to a gas station. Read more
