I rarely give a Five Star review. This place is fantastic! The food, the atmosphere, and the service are all fantastic. I... visited with my family on Friday, November 25th around 4:45 PM. Jose Luis was our server. The restaurant had a few occupiedtables when we arrived. All tables were occupied by 5:30. This place filled up quickly. Los Reyes is well known in this area forgreat reasons. We hope to come back soon. Read more

Food was ok but overshadowed by the mandatory 20% service fee. Yes, it's clearly displayed but be honest. Show the real price.... Don't hide behind "well, costs went up so we needed to raise our prices". Plenty of other equally good or better Mexicanrestaurants in the area that do not pull this shady trick. Read more

The food was good. Our server was very nice and attentive. The only thing that I thought was really bad was how they put a 20%... mandatory fee. Ok, so 60% of that goes to the server and then part of the remaining 40% goes to business expenses. Really. Inormally leave 20 % tip for good service but I think it is very bad that they charge this fee regardless. Then to find out partof it goes to business expenses. So what is the food cost for? Not any cheaper then anywhere else. Food was good not amazing. Idon't knownthat I will make it in my tip choices to eat. I also feel bad for their people. They work hard and deserve to get afull tip. I dint see people wanting to pay 20 % fee then add a tip o. Top of that. Read more

Good food. Good service. The Chile Verde is something special.... And, if you like the chile verde, you should also try the... queso fundito. It's made with the chile verde and a whole bunch of melted cheese. Pro tip: Ask for the cheese to be extra"melty". But wait? There?s more: The Barbacoa Tacos are amazing! Read more

They add 20% to your bill as a "service charge". Which would be fine if this went to your server. But it doesn't. They take 8%.... The server only gets 12%. So it becomes a math exercise for the customer because you have to figure out how much the server getsand then figure out how much to add to your tip and then bring cash to add to the bill Read more

My mother loves this restaurant and we?ve enjoyed many birthdays and celebrations with family there over the years. I did not... even mind the automatic 20% tip that they added on during Covid. However, the last few times we have been there, the restaurantseems very short staffed, which I understand is the nature of today, but now it does not even seem that the staff cares. Theyknow they?re going to get a tip no matter what, there is not any reason to provide exceptional service. Tonight, on a Mondaynight, the restaurant was very slow. It still took almost 40 minutes to get out two meals. Unfortunately, we waited so long thatwe had filled up and chips and salsa and we weren?t even hungry by the time the food came. Going through school, I was a serverat a restaurant. I understood the needs of my customers. I honestly think tonight they forgot to ring in our order and only putin the order after I asked about our food. But no apologies, nothing. I understand there?s a great restaurant down the street,we will be trying that one next time instead. Read more
