Messed up order again and no green sauce but I can't complain it's Taco Bell. Always nice customer service.
The person who took our order was rude. He asked how many creamers and how many Sweet & Lows we wanted for our coffee and put... some weird milk and sugar concoction in our coffee for us but we didn't know that, and went inside to ask for our creamer &Sweet & Lows, and he gave us something white in a cup, which I assumed would be the creamer, but it must have been something outof a milkshake machine. I was taking a sip of it and it was extremely sweet and was not creamer. The rest of the meal wassatisfactory. Read more
The worst taco bell ive ever been to. Every time I use the drive through they either get the order wrong or I have missing... food. The food is usually sloppy and thrown together poorly. If they were not the only TB in the area they would lose theirbusiness. I recommend you hit up Del Taco on clinton Keith......way better service and quality. Read more

I don?t think ever had worse service at an establishment. The staff is rude, they close randomly and then hang out by the back... door smoking their vapes. There?s always items missing. This whole branch should clean house. Read more
I stopped by after I got off of work at 1125 pm today April 5th 2022. I asked multiple times and nobody took my order. I drive... up to the window and I can see employees inside cleaning up. They?re not supposed to close until 12am. An older Hispanic femalewho looked like a manager by the color of her shirt and a young tall Hispanic male inside who was wearing a regular crew membershirt. The past few months their service has gone down tremendously! The last couple visit I did not get what I ordered. The first time... I was shorted my drink and didn't realize until I got home. Time after that I was shorted the cinnamon twist, and the last twovisits including today I ordered a burrito with no nacho cheese sauce and it was there. I called to complain and didn't get ananswer. I usually go there for lunch which isn't long but I'm going to find another one if they can't get it together smh Read more
Literally the worst Taco Bell location around. Food has been stale the 3 times I?ve been here, the staff is never polite, and... twice they?ve given me someone else?s order causing me to have to go back and wait in the ridiculous 25+ drive thru line. Read more
