One star thanks to Allen tonight. 11/11/22 at 5:50pm. Allen may want to be moved to the kitchen where he does not have to work... with customers. He handed us a 3/4 full ice mocha coffee that was not even mixed. And then made a sligh comment when I asked himto fill it up. The girl that was upfront helping witnessed this. Absolute garbage service. It took 3 people to do one order and it took 20 minutes for them to take my order and get my ONE plain... coffee. Do better dunkin hiring team. Read more

I stopped at the rest stop to get some donuts and a cold brew. Taylor T assisted me and she was so nice and patient! I initially... told her I only wanted two donuts, but changed my mind and she was so understanding and kind about it! I also was having troublewith Apple Pay and she helped me and directed where to put my phone. I wish everyone carried that attitude and kindness! Read more

I ordered an iced coffee and opted for adding hashbrowns for $2. I got 6 soggy hashbrowns. Is the unit price over 30¢/ea? I... told them they were soggy and when they got me more, I could tell they had just re-cooked the same soggy hashbrowns, and therewere still just 6. Dunkin in general has really gone down hill, but this location is especially bad. Read more

I waited 20 minutes for hashbrowns. I got a total of 6 pieces all of which were burnt, cold and mushy. I couldn't eat them. I... actually questioned them on the serving size because the tiny bag wasn't even half full. The lady at the cash register was verynice, but wow, if you can't provide edible food, you shouldn't be in business. I want my money back. Read more

I never leave reviews....but this was shameful. Ordered a croissant which was hard, added hash browns for 1.99. There were 6... of the typical round hasbrowns in the package. 6??? For $2??? They were burnt, falling apart and in a glob. When I asked thestaff about the quantity they said thats what ya get. I also got a frozen coffee ($3.49) and it was only 2/3 full (it wasfilled to just above the qr code on the cup.) I don't expect miracles from fast food, but it should at least be PRESENT. This location should be closed! My coffee taste like beer and they put my donuts in my bag upside down... all my frosting is... stuck to the bottom of the bag. It was 5 am and I was the only one in line! If you don't like your job, find a new one! Read more

Service is just bad. Ordered from the kiosk. How is a person supposed to know a staff person is going to call out donuts/drinks... and a different staff person will call out the food orders. Found this out when I got snapped at inquiring about the rest ofthe order. One elderly person slowly got up to get their order. I witnessed the staff person run out of patience and take theorder back to the back. Turkey sausage muffin was horrible. Sausage tasted odd. A microwaveable sandwich would of been better.
