I was here for an interview but didn't get s return call but that's ok. I also bought a coffee and an everything bagel with... cream cheese. Was slightly disappointed because they were outta of flavors (no Carmel) but the bagel was good. Read more
This location is always out of almost everything I try and order. I used to stop 3-4 times a week on my way to work and now I... stop possibly once a month and EVERY time they're out of whatever I try to order. They are also extremely slow, taking 15-20minutes to get 3-4 cars through the drive thru. If you can go literally anywhere else to get your coffee, I highly recommend youdo so. Read more
If I could give a negative 5star review I would. The so-called manager at this location is a rude person, no, a very rude... person!! She called my fiancé a B***h! When my fiancés drink was made to where it couldn't be drank. The manager was asked toremake it, she refused, when asked for a refund this so-called manager said that she didn?t know how to do refunds and told myfiancé that she was stuck with that drink, that?s when she called my fiancé a Bit**. After my fiancé responded to that, andstarted to leave, this manager came out of the store yelling at my fiancé to pull over into a parking spot ?so they can settlethis? all this time I was on the phone listening to this. My fiancé wears a Bluetooth earpiece and so do I, so we can talkwhile we?re driving. I told just to get the H out of there and I?d deal with. Consistently very slow service and always literally always out of basic supplies like I think I just heard them tell the lady in... front of me they?re out of sugar and they told me they?re out of jelly?.like jelly?everyone has jelly. Tilly has great customerservice though. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE THREATEN! I pass by the drive through this morning and just wanted a bagel the lady was so rude... and I asked her why is she being rude she then stated to argue with me while I was trying to order and then came outside to tryto fight me while I have a one year old in my car, I tried calling the store to speak with the manager and they refuse to answerthe phone so I can?t get a corporate number or her name to complain .
