I just ordered a mocha. Tried it, didn't have any chocolate on ot. I went through the drive through and the young skinny girl with corn rows was on her phone talking about her personal drama like... I wasn't even there. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. Also at one point a few months ago, I was going there every dayand ordering the exact same thing every time. One day instead of ringing me up for my usual grande size they rang me up for aventi. Initially I was confused about the price difference in just one day but the cashier lied and said they rang me up for agrande but gave me "extra". The ticket on the cup rang up as Venti like I thought but I didn't want to be confrontational so Ijust left. She literally told me the price had gone up in a day smh but it didn't. What a beautiful Starbucks with wonderful ppl working there! My Mother and I had such a nice experience coming through the drive... through earlier this evening. She ordered a hot grande coffee w/cream and sugar. I ordered an iced White Mocha with Skim Milkand a protein box. We had the most pleasant young Man with the most pleasant voice and personality help us. We had the nicestlittle conversation. He had an amazing infectious personality and smile. I wish I had gotten your name (still adore thoseearrings!). Such a pleasure to come through and have such a nice experience, oh and the coffee and protein box were great, too.:-) We will definitely return! Read more
Starbucks in general is overrated, but this one really sucks?!! I paid almost $5 for a half cup of ?Grande? Cappuccino..!! Since... when grande means half empty??? Wawa would have given me the entire 16 ounces for half the price I paid at Starbucks?! Read more
The Starbucks on Seven Mile Drive is now open! We were visited around noon. This new store was fully staffed with friendly,... enthusiastic team members. The inside seating area is larger than you expect, but unfortunately it is unavailable due to therenewed Covid outbreak. The outside seating area will be great when it is not 90+ outside. Lovely newer Starbucks with a large interior and exterior area to sip on your drink and work with your laptop. Wifi was a little... weak outside, but it worked nonetheless. This is a nice quiet place to visit for your coffee fix. Read more
