Today, 10/07/2022, was the first time my caregiver and I had been to this restaurant in almost 3 years. It had nothing to do... with Covid at all, it was because of how horrendous our experience was years ago. We had sworn we would never go back. Well, today we had business in the area, and we decided to take a chance one last time to see if anything had changed. Boy were weSURPRISED at the difference! Instead of having to wait almost an hour to get a menu from the servers, we were attended to inless than 1 minute after walking through the doors! A kind, patient, and attentive young man named Michael came right over tous when he heard me say, "What's a kiosk?". He took us over to the self-serve menu and walked us thru it step-by-step. Wedidn't even have to touch the screen, he did it for us. Since we got there right before 4:00pm, I ordered a milkshake formyself, but when my caregiver said no (because she didn't want to run the bill up as I was treating her to dinner) Michaelchecked to see what time it was, and he told us about the 1/2 price milkshakes, so she immediately said, "I'll have one too!"That made both of us happy. After we placed our order, we sat down. SURPRISE, SURPRISE, our food was at our table in lessthan 5 minutes. piping hot and delicious! Last time we had to wait so long, we were there nearly 2 hours, just to get a burgerand fries. This time, we were in and out in little over 45 minutes. Throughout our meal, kind Michael checked on us about every5 minutes to make sure we didn't need or want anything else; for instance, I am an elderly disabled person, and he noticed mestruggling with the ketchup condiment container, so he came right over and opened it for me. I've lived all around the world, yet I have seldom received such good attention from a small business such as yours Mr. Jeff. (I'm sorry I don't know your lastname) You have an employee who is a credit to your business. Well, I guess I'd have to say you have an exemp Read more

Get to the restaurant tired after a busy day .Was forced to use a kiosk to order and was then prompted to tip before I even... received any service or my food. Ordered dine in and received a to go bag with no napkins Had to ask for the extra cherries thatwere ordered for our shake Had to ask for the Frisco sauce that was paid for . The lettuce on my burger had brown spots , myhusbands burger was soaked in garlic butter and only one of our very salty fries was portioned properly . That?s not even thebest part??. Got leaked on by the roof on my way into the restroom , and couldn?t wash my hands because there was no hand soap.Upon exiting the restroom slipped in the puddle from the leak and jammed my already injured knee. There was no wet floor sign tobe found, when I mentioned this ,the leak and jammed knee to what appeared to be the manager , I was told ?yeah it leaks when itrains ?and essentially got brushed off. As if I didn?t just state that I got hurt ,because of the unmarked pool of watercollecting in the bathroom hallway. The distinct smell of mildew was extremely prominent in the hallway and my husbandcomplained of a mold and fecal matter smell in the mens bathroom. I am severely allergic to mold and mildew and have beensneezing ,extremely stuffy and nauseous since we left . Hoping I don?t get sick at this point. Definitely wish to be contactedabout this issue as I did incur an injury and am now in unnecessary pain. I do also have video evidence of the leak , puddle, and lack of wet floor sign. Read more

Love the half price shakes! I got to say though it's starting to irritate me that kiosks ask her tips now for to go orders..... annoying and will never happen from me. I tip for service, if you're coming to my table and taking my order I will give you atip. To go food is not service.. obviously I can say no but the fact they ask is irritating. Read more

Food was ok and the service was fine. Interior of the restaurant was clean, some debris on the floor. The place was... empty.... There was no A/C. I was going to give them 3* but after seeing the air has been out for weeks I dropped it down.Should be better. Read more

Even with the decent service I found it to be grueling to sit inside the restaurant due to the heat. Sweat had been accumulating... faster than it had been outside, for it being a restaurant I would expect atleast a cool area rather than a sauna whilst waitingon my order for 15-30 minutes. Once I got my order (which had been two hot dogs and a set of fries with ketchup and mustard) wewent on the road. A few bites in I took a look of my hotdog, only to find it hadnt been as fresh as I had hoped. Read more

Food was pretty much what you'd expect from a fast food place but this location had exactly ZERO air conditioning at the time we... visited. It was probably over 90 degrees inside and our 2 year old daughter was getting red in the face from the heat. I wasinformed it has been this way for the past 3 MONTHS!! I have no idea how the cooks were working in the kitchen over an opengrill with no AC. I would have walked off the job if I were them. Despicable working conditions and awful customer diningconditions. Read more

We were shown to a table not long after we arrived. The waitress came and took our orders. Not a long wait for our orders to... arrive. Ordered the special and it was very good. Lots of menu items all reasonably priced. This location is nice and cleanand has nice staff. I can see us returning. Read more
