UPDATE 12/02/2022: I was able to speak with someone who was able to take my complaint about the team member & managers. I have... been reassured that this will be handled & I will also be receiving a full refund within 3 business days. All of this resolvedin less than 10 minutes! I'm very disappointed that a simple mistake was over complicated by rude incompetent staff. Imistakenly placed a mobile order, through the Taco Bell app, at this location. I was unable to figure out how to cancel theorder through the Taco Bell app so I decided to be courteous & call the Taco Bell location. The first call there was no pickup.I waited shortly & attempted again. A team member answered the phone a second time. I stated my name & the reason I was calling.The woman confirmed what I said then there was a brief silence & then a dial tone. I thought we had lost connection so I calledback immediately. The same team member answered & I stated my name & said "I think we lost connection." The team members tone inher voice became irritable as she began to explain that I need to cancel the order through the app I ordered on (assuming it wasa 3rd part app) & dispute the refund with them because they've got nothing to do with it. I tried to explain that I orderedthrough the Taco Bell app itself & the team memebr interrupted me asking if I could speak to a manager. I was fine with that.When the phone was handed over I tried to introduce myself & the reason for calling. Before I could even finish my name themanager rude interrupted saying she has listened to the conversation the whole time & that what the team member is telling me todo is what I need to do. I told her I didn't order through 3rd party app. I just needed help to cancel & receive a refund. Shetold me she doesn't know how to assist me with that & she wouldn't be able to assist me with cancelation & refund. The way I wasspoken too was absolutely unacceptable, especially from a manager. The most on the ball crew of fast food workers ever. Only two workers behind the counter running everything (that I could see... anyway) and keeping up with drive thru, front counter and doing it all with speed, finesse and personality. Food was preparedwell. I've got nothing but respect for the ladies at this establishment. If management sees this, you've got a good crew. Read more

Exceptional service, food, and price! My girl and I stopped here for lunch, and it was perfect! The drivethrough was fast, the... staff was friendly and competent, the order was perfect, the food was hot, fresh, and simply delectable (as you'd expect fromTaco Bell). With the prices of everything everywhere going up astronomically, Taco Bell still manages to remain affordablypriced and while the quality can sometimes be hit or miss (depending on the staff and location), this visit was outstanding, andthe food was f'ing fantastic!! Based on our recent visit, I would highly recommend hitting this Taco Bell for a great and tastylittle feast! ???? Read more

Went there for lunch, asked for no tomatoes.... tomatoes EVERYWHERE! Decided to go back for supper and ordered>$30 worth of... food. NO TOMATOES!!! ???? HOWEVER, the taco's we're soggy and unable to eat without a fork. This is definitely NOT food forlunch driving. The best thing about this place is the Dr. Pepper.... ???? Read more

I placed an order through Postmates. This store did not put the fire sauce packets nor, nacho cheese sauce in my bag. And to top... it off they also did not put any silverware in the bag. So, I guess I was supposed to eat my power menu bowl with my fingers! Read more

I have ordered at this Taco Bell a couple times. Each time a long wait at the counter. Once I gave up and left before ordering.... Today was no different. The employees can?t seem to find time to wait on customers but. Plenty of time to watch videos on therecell phones. The girl got my order wrong. And had an attitude. Don?t thinks she likes white people. Anyway the taco?s were soggyand flat. I returned the whole order. I will never waste my time at this store again. One thing I can say on a good note. thestore was very clean and the condiment?s area was also clean and well stocked. Read more

Trucker related: Went here because everything else was close but Taco Bell is open until midnight. Except there dining room, as... we were walking up I saw another driver try to go inside then thru the drive thru. We walked over to see if would serve in drivethru but nobody was inside. He said when he was walking up he saw two employees go get into a black car backed into a spot. Sowe stood there waiting two cars came thru sat at the drive thru to order and nothing, so everyone left except we stood andwaited to see if anyone got out of the car. Well I walked over near the car and all you could smell was weed. So I knew theywere in there. Well when we walked off we stood back and waited, two more cars pulled up and went thru the drive thru and all ofthe sudden both doors open and guess what? Two employees get out and start running inside. What they didn?t realize is we werestill waiting and have it all on video! Read more

I will start off by saying this taco bell is really close to my house so my family & I go here often. I have had a mix of good &... bad experiences from this particular one. Usually our bad experiences were when we went through the drive thru, forgottenitems, order made wrong, smashed food etc. However a couple of weeks ago we came inside to order because they had a sign up thattheir card machine was down & to come inside to use their self ordering kiosk if not paying with cash, so we did & I loved theeasy use & the assurance that the order was put in correctly. You can customize your order however you want & add extras, it'sreally nice. So the last couple of weeks we've been there about 3 times & went in and used the kiosk & have had no issues withmissing items or wrong orders & the food has been really good & well made. I will add though that the employees should still tryto greet customers as we walk in & be more personable than just calling our name when the order is ready, setting it on thecounter & walking away... no smile or thank you or anything. So that was my only complaint today. :) It looks as if they aretrying to do better so I have 4 stars, I will update as I see fit. Thank you for better service to the current employees. Read more
