I went to this location today and had a horrible experience, the staff was rude including the manager, they were out of... everything on my order , the staff did not have 100%focus on the customer. There was a staff member drinking in vew of thecustomers and a staff member did not have there sleeves rolled up while making the food , my order was not even wrapped upproperly and when I mentioned it I got an excuse and an aditude, the manager just made excuses for his staff and his behavior, this will be my last time going to this location and i suggest you don't go there unless you want to deal with rude staff andwrong orders . After everything I saw today I also waited 20 minutes for my order , when other customers came and went after me, I also waited 10 minutes to just place my order , a 30 minute wait is completely unacceptable, and I do hope corporate seesthis and talks to all of the staff here because this was completely unacceptable and this is coming from some one who works inthe food industry I work at marcos pizza in the same plaza as this location and this kind of behavior at marcos would get youfired in a heartbeat, I don't know what kind of rules you have at Wendy's but this is unacceptable and needs to be changed. Today The drive ????thru experience was not good. Associates were abrupt, closing the window ????on me mid sentence.. smh
The burger was ok. You could tell it was pre=made and just waiting for a slice of cheese to be slapped on it. The fries were... tepid at best. Certainly NOT hot and crispy. I was very disappointed. Read more
I'm giving one star today only because they guy at the window didn't care enough to listen to the cook so I received the wrong... food. He was told by the cook it was wrong but still have it to me with a little attitude. What I heard didn't register at thatmoment. It did when I got home with my food I get my breakfast at this Wendy's 3-5 times a week when I'm in a rush. I get theEXACT same order every time. This is the best Wendy's in the area. The guy behind counter( manager maybe) is super friendly with the customers. Speedy... service and food quality is great at this location. Drove out of my way just to hit it for road lunch. Read more
I have been here quite a few times but that's it no more. There is always sorry we are out of this and that and usually deal... with it and order something else this time on July 22, 2022 around 4ish I have decided someone working there has got to hatetheir job and trying to sabotage this place . I love my salt, but those fries I received were so salty I had to throw them away.THAT was no mistake nor an accident . I am really scared of how the other food is prepared or who is cooking it. Employees were pleasant and efficient. Our purpose order was placed correctly and made correctly. The fires and sandwiches were... made as ordered, fresh and hot. As an ex-Dustrict Manager for Wendy's, I was ecstatic to have a meal hot and exactly asordered. Kudos to this Wendy's for doing things Dave's Way! ???? Read more
