I love it here, it's always great to get a big plate of some flavor or another, and smelling that crispy, tangy, sweet, spicy,... hot, BBQ, or any other combination of chicken that comes out of that kitchen. I think if I could live at one of these storeseverything would be just alright everyday. I come to the one in Wilkes Barre a lot for door dash, and it's always got customershaving a great time. They got a million TV's with some sport or another playing on screen. And even tho the room is pretty muchwide open you can still find a sense of privacy with your own group to enjoy these amazing wings. Or just get them to go outdelivered to your house. The waitress was amicable and personable! The food wasn't as good as I thought it would be, but next time ill have the bobe in... wings and not the boneless. This was my first time going, and I would go again! The restaurant was spotless; the bar was alovely size with plenty of TVs... This was amazing, the staff was great and friendly, the wait wasn't long at all and there was six of us walking in. The food was... good and fresh. The bathroom where clean. Our waiter was great and had lots of patience with us considering there was lots ofpeople ordering. Read more

3 Stars because of the 30 minute wait for our meals and the fries were cold. I had the waitress replace them and they were... tasteless. Most of the staff were either on their cellphones or talking and not paying attention to folks who came in andwaited to be seated or pick up an order. I had thirty minutes to observe this activity while waiting for our meals. My lemonpepper wings were great though! Read more

Love their wings but after my last experience, I will not be back. I decided to try something new and get their buffalo chicken... wrap. To my surprise... it was mainly a tortilla shell. I called the server over (which I never do to complain) and opened thewrap up and asked her if this is the normal amount of chicken that comes on the wrap... it looked like less chicken than if Iwould have just ordered 3 boneless wings. She said she has no clue. I said I was just asking so I know not to get this in thefuture... it was awful and not filling at all. Server gave sass after I asked her about the amount of chicken and rolled hereyes saying she'll take it off the bill. I told her she didn't need to do that and I'd be more than happy to pay for it... Iwasn't complaining to get it off the bill. Anyway, still tipped her well even though she never came back to check on us orrefill our drinks after I asked her about it. First time at BWW. Had the All American burger, fries, and mango habanero wings. Kids had chicken tenders and fries. Everything... was great. My burger was especially good. Loved the bun and the thick cut bacon. Thanks, "We'll be Back". Read more
