Thr food is good, but the other day I made an order for Chick-fil-A #1 the meal, I forgot to ask them for Chick-fil-A sauce... because they normally had given to me before, but they only gave ketchup and my sandwich only had the chicken and two pieces ofpickles. Besides that it looks like if it had 3 pickles and they took one. I didn't have time to go back and claim anythingbecause I was going to eat on my home 1h away from there. Read more
The lady at the register was rude. I was asking for change when she cut me off rolling her eyes, telling me they had no change.... Then she ignored me and moved on. I wanted to order food as well. We went to the other location 15 minutes away. The peoplewere very nice, got our food quick, and it was great. Read more
Best fast-food. Amazing chicken sandwich. Priced like any other fast-food place despite having significantly better food. Wait... can be on the longer side, seems like people they know can walk up and order after you yet somehow magically get their foodbefore you despite having the same order as you(mostly everyone just gets a chicken sandwich and waffle fries). Despite that,still 5 stars. Better than any other fast-food place where you can be the only person inside and wait 10 minutes. Go some placesand the staff will be having the time of their life chatting and laughing away instead of making your food. Here they actuallyseem to be doing their job. Read more

Food is always great! Been to a number of Chick-fik-A's out of the area. The restaurant's are always so clean. This Wilkes... Barre one the lobby was a mess! I was truly shocked. The staff was very nice and the food was great, just the lobby was a realmess. I had to take my food out. I would not eat in that lobby. Read more

I wish this was a full Chick-fil-A, not just an express. I'll take what I can get though!
