I don't know what's going on at this place since the last review that I did here, but I used to absolutely love this place. Now... it's so grose my wife and I could not eat it and ended up throwing most of it in the trash. So completely disappointing. Justlook at the photos. Definitely not pepperoni bites. They wrapped like four slices and rolled it in a log. Under cooked it withno seasonings or garlic. They put a little garlic butter pack and some red trash pack on the side and served it to us withabsolute disrespect. There used to be a girl that worked there that made the best pepperoni bites I ever ate. Idk what happened,but she's gone and so is, I'm guessing, any hope of there food ever being good again. Man they make some of the best food you can find at all hours until I think 4am. The pepperoni pizza bites are absolutely... amazing and every single calzone is just as perfect. Most staff are great, but one or two that are just irritable, rude, andunfriendly which is crazy to believe. But even to the point my wife did not want to enter the few times they were working tograb food she had already purchased just not to have to interact with this person is terrible. Even so she sent me in and asrude as they are I'm still going to eat the pepperoni bites that someone else made because they are that amazing. Read more
I had the rudest experience ever here. We ordered at 10 pm on their website. The delivery estimate was 10:59 pm. I called at... 11:30 pm to ask about the status. The woman i spoke to (who said she was a manager) said she was too busy to speak with me. Itold her I just wanted to check the status. She again told me no, she would not check the status. She said they were running 40minutes behind. I asked her if this meant we would receive our food in 40 more minutes or if it would be multiple hours. Shesaid "you'll get it when you get it" and then hung up. She refused to even hear the name on my order. Around 12:30 am, we stillhad not received our food so my husband went to get us other food. We ate that food and then went to bed. We would've calledagain but we didn't want to get screamed at by a manager again. We eventually went to bed. After 2 am, they delivered our food.So we had to get out of bed to accept a delivery that we didn't even want anymore. My husband complained to corporate sohopefully we don't have to pay for this terrible experience. I dont know how they have a manager on staff that just yells atcustomers for calmly asking reasonable questions. So whoever the manager was on 7/3 around midnight should find a new job wherethey don't need to interact with people. Read more
The sauce is absolutely terrible, like watery ketchup. The calzone itself was extremely greasy but I think it was really just... that garlic aerosol that made it that way (and the garlic is, by the way, was a $1.95 upcharge). However, they were open lateand I'm very appreciative of the staff's exceptional customer service, especially considering how it was around 3am. Read more
We work overnights at a local hospital where the cafeteria doesn't always have food available for the nightshifters. Yesterday... was one of those nights, so we decided to try this place out since they are open very late and had vegan options. My coworkerordered a normal calzone, wing bites, and tator tots. He really liked everything he ordered. I also got the garlic dough bitesfor us to share which were good. I ordered the vegan spinner zone with tomatoes added and it was so good! I love that there is apizza type place open late in the area that offers dairy free options!! Read more
We have ordered here a few times since they opened. Almost every order we get the dough is undercooked and gummy. Tonight we got... an order and again the dough was undercooked. I also had a brown hair baked into one of my dough bites. I took the order down tothem and showed the manager and she agreed. Disgusting. We will never order from them again. Read more
First time going and played it safe by getting a pepperoni calzone but they have an extensive menu! It had plenty of cheese and... was filling. Comes with marinara sauce on the side and the garlic sauce was extra. Definitely will come back to try some oftheir other menu items! Read more
Employees tried to be stupid with me (white long haired male and short brunette female) and not give us our food after we had... paid over 40 dollars worth of food? never had experienced that in my life. They definitely got the wrong one though. Service wasawful and food tasted terrible. Do yourself a favor and save your money and time. MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU YOUR RECEIPT IF UDECIDE NOT TO LISTEN TO ME!!!!!! Read more
