Ordered my pizza ???? over the phone ????. I arrived on time but waited forever to be waited on to puck up my pizza that was... sitting there finished. I opened the box in the car to grab a slice and was dissapointed that it was barely warm. Theydefinitely need someone to wait tables and someone to do the take our orders. The woman was handling dirty dishes, clean food,credit cards, and dirty money. She never once sanitized her hands ?. With Covid, that was a complete no no, and against allHealth Department Codes! Great fresh tomato pizza, awesome chicken salad but!!!! AWFUL SERVICE. I mean awful. Don?t go in there to sit down and eat... because you might not get drinks or menus for 5+ minutes. The poor lady up front is a sweetheart, but is all over the place andit feels like she either needs help or doesn?t want help when she desperately needs it. When you order take out and they quoteyou any time for pick up, legitimately add 10 minutes minimum. I?ve waited on multiple occasions for my food 20 minutes from thetime they quoted me. It?s really not hard to communicate and estimate the proper wait time to pick up your food. It hate toleave such a review, but it?s necessary for all who want to enjoy their delicious pizza and return to not want to pull theirhair out from the wait and how jumbled they are. Who ever is in charge needs to heed their customers reviews & make simplechanges to better serve them. Some simple help and organization would be best. Read more
Be sure to check your take-out order before you leave the restaurant. My four coworkers and I decided to order pizza for lunch,... and we were excited about trying the new Colarusso's Restaurant near the Crossroads in Hanover Township. I told the person whotook my order that it was our first visit, and I ordered two trays of pizza. I left my workplace to make the forty minute roundtrip to Colarusso's to get our order. When I returned to our workplace, we noticed that the pizza had not been baked or sliced. I called the restaurant, and the kind person who answered suggested that I return to get two freshly baked trays. At first sheoffered me the opportunity to keep the unbaked pies, and gave me instructions for baking them at home. I heard someone in thebackground yell, "We can't do that!" and the person I was speaking to then informed me that I must return the unbaked pizza. Thus, I left my workplace for a second forty minute round trip to exchange an unacceptable product for a usable one. When Iarrived, I was informed that there was a price difference between baked and unbaked pizza, and that I needed to pay another$6.25 to cover the price difference! They offered no apology, no discount, no coupons for a future visit. My coworkers and Iusually order pizza every Friday, and we have agreed to never order from Dave Colarusso's again! Read more
Absolutely amazing Italian food! This is definitely a gem in Hanover Township. The food is some of the best I ever had. Huge... portions for not a lot of money and the quality is always out of this world. I never had anything that wasn't mouth watering andcompletely satisfying. The staff is equally amazing and make you feel like part of the family, not just a customer. This is amust stop if you're in the area and want some authentic Italian food! Read more
Food is ok, but nothing spectacular for the price . Chef salad is good, along with the fresh tomato pizza ,oh and the onion... rings. The other pizza's are kinda bland though . My biggest complaint is , when you call, you can hear the staff arguinghorribly in back ground so loudly it's hard to even order. Then when you go in to get food, their still arguing . It makes youuncomfortable . It's ridiculous! Probably won't be going there anymore. Read more
