This place needs to just be shut down. I ordered 10/10/2022. The food I received was beyond disgusting! My kids mozzarella... sticks where still frozen. My quesadillas where not even quesadillas. The tortillas were burnt and falling a part. My wafflefries where gross as if they sat out for over an hour. My chicken in the sandwich was so over cooked I couldn't even bite it.Please stay out this restaurant and save your wallet. Possibly even your life if you get food posing. Can't get Friendly's in MI any longer so it's a nice surprise to see one when traveling. Fribble is still good but like... everything else at restaurants it's way over priced. This location looks like it's been around a while and could use a littlemaintenance and some clean up. Read more
Love this simple place. I visit it every time I'm in Wilkes-Barre. The people who work there are so sweet. I recommend the Big... Two-Do. Eggs, choice of meat, and get the french toast as your bread. It's amazing! Read more
Food was terrible. Prices are off the wall. Pancakes tasted like they were a week old and turned my stomach. Sausage was cold.... Coffee tasted like cardboard. Seemed disorganized. Our server forgot our appetizers, we asked for to go Milkshake who was ignored and served in glass bowls... then we had to wait another 15 minutes to have melted Milkshake to go. I also had to ask for the lobster special since that menuwas not served to me then they were out of the special advertised. Other then that the food were OK. I will give them anothertry. This place is a joke. Food was terrible, service was a freaking joke. I ate my meal without a drink because the manager of the... store Judy and my waitress were on their phones with another customer ordering disney on ice tickets. This place need to beshut down and burnt. and have the ashes destroyed so no other restaurants can be made from them. . Read more
The service here was so bad it's literally only the 2nd time in my life that I did not tip at all. 3 servers with ZERO sense of... urgency whatsoever. When we arrived there was only one other table and we could actually hear them complaining about the lack ofservice and that their food was wrong... foreshadowing. Long story short, we were never checked in on at all throughout themeal, meaning we sat through the meal with empty drink cups, couldn't ask for the apple slices my daughter ordered and didn'treceive, and did not get to order the free ice cream that came with my and my wife's meals. It got to the point that instead ofasking for the ice cream, we thought it best to cut our losses and get out. I haven't been to a friendly's since I was a kidbecause they mostly closed down and aren't in the South really. If they all ran their locations like this one, I can see whythey're a relic.
