Horrible the pizza tasted like absolutely nothing and it was cold. The stake sandwich?s were just stakeums on a long roll &... cheese. Dose anyone use real stake anymore ? I will not be getting anything else from here. Read more
Pizzas is this area are plentiful but we prefer this delicious thin crust round NY style pizza. We are Italian and make our own... but when we do order out we always select Januzzi?s! It?s the BEST! Ordering by phone was received with politeness and wereally appreciate Januzzi?s not requiring one of those curbside pickup services! We love Januzzi?s in Exeter the best! Keep upthe good work. Januzzi's was a popular place in Mountain Top, PA in the 80s and 90s. I used to go there frequently, and to this day, a friend... of mine always visits there whenever he comes back to the area. This review is for the Wilkes-Barre location, as I haven't beenback to the Mountain Top location in many, many years. Their Sicilian pizza is unusual for this area, as it's baked withoutoil. The cuts we received had a softer crust, and it almost tasted like they were undercooked. Another minute or two wouldimprove their texture and taste. The other options we received were ordinary. I like to see local businesses succeed. There's nodoubt Januzzi's is successful based on their locations and their longevity, but it's the little things that can be improved uponthat help continue traditions. Read more
I've always enjoyed Januzzis pizza, and it's been a family favorite since I was younger. My experience with our order tonight,... was definitely not as expected and the response from the staff was unprofessional. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and an hourand a half later, I called to find out where our order was. It was supposed to be a 45 minute wait. The lady I spoke to advisedus that our order is being prepared just now, and will probably be another 45 minutes. Her response was, "there's nothing shecan do". I won't be ordering from Januzzis anymore. If they're short staffed, at least have the decency to reach out to yourcustomers. Read more
After a long day of volleyball me and my entire team needed a place to pig out. Luckily my coach stumbled upon Januzzi and they... magically cut their wait time down from 1 hour to just 20 minutes in order that we could get going on our way home. The pizza issimply to die for and while eating all 8 of our pizzas outside on the beautiful streets Wilkes Barre we experienced joyfulpeople walking and simply exquisite service. My mother couldn?t even make pizza that good and she?s Italian, that?s sayingsomething. Top 5 pizza and I mean it. Edit: We shortly went back and donated a lot of money to the amazing charity that theysponsored Whiskers World Inc. so that our feline friends are given proper care and love. Read more
I had the special with half a hoagie and drink. I had the chicken parm hoagie and it was fantastic. Hot, fresh, and unbeatable... deal. Would definitely recommend this place especially with convenience to the theatre. Read more
