If I could give no stars I would. On 4/4/22 my husband and I stayed at the hotel and planned to go here to have breakfast the... next morning. We were early and waited for them to open at 9am. Another couple undid the rope and let themselves in as thelights were just turned on and sat down at the counter. We followed them in since they were now open. We sat down at a tablenext to the counter. The waitress saw us sitting there and she totally ignored us. Everyone after us got seated and givenmenus and silverware. I was so so delighted to see that they had plant based options like shakes and burgers. I have now been there 3 times and they... tell me they don?t have any of those items in stock. Why advertise it on a sign right outside your business then? Virtuesignaling and false advertising much? I could see being out of those items sometimes, but all three times I?ve tried to visit???Do your employees just get to not order items that you claim are on the menu? Ridiculous. Very horrible wait times, order some wings and they were sitting in the fryer for 30 plus minutes, tried to serve me them after... being left on the counter. If they didn't have their phones to mess around on in the back, we'd have a better experience, wouldrather go to McDonald's and get my food faster then this place. At least they wouldn't leave my food in the open for 30 minutesfor flies to get on it. Read more
