Absolutely fantastic meal this evening at Jonathan's. We loved the blueberry soup , pear and brie Flatbread, beet salad, tuna... stack. I consistently have a good meal here with creative menus that include a delicious strawberry soup with puff pastry and a drizzle... of chocolate for dessert! Phenomenal! Had the most wonderful dining experience here! I absolutely loved the decor. As if antique Victorian meets modern industrial... speak easy vibe. The waiter was so cordial and most accommodating. I ordered the crab at gratin and it was absolutely divine! Ireally enjoyed the entire dining experience and Chef Melissa is a Magician in the kitchen!! I highly recommend. Read more

My wife and I stopped here for the first time. Our initial impression upon entering the building was that it had really neat... architecture. The restaurant is on the first floor. When you enter, walk straight down the hall and it is on the right. Uponentering the restaurant, we were greeted very quickly and in an extremely friendly manner. The gentleman took our coats and wewere quickly seated. The inside of the restaurant is very cozy and romantic. We did notice that there is a large artworkpicture of Kramer from Seinfeld above the fireplace, which was pretty neat. There is also a very large window facing RiverStreet which gives you a very nice view when eating. We were quickly greeted by our waitress in a friendly, welcomingmanner. While waiting for our dinner, we were provided fresh bread and butter. The bread was delicious. For appetizers, mywife and I both got the Colossal crab with butter and Old Bay. It was delicious. For our main meals, my wife had gotten thecrab cake and I had gone the filet mignon. My wife said that her crab cake was extremely tasty and well prepared with plenty ofcrab and very little filler. My filet was done perfectly. It was seasoned to perfection, and very moist and tender. I've beentrying to find a restaurant who can cook a filet like another local restaurant which we love. Until this time, no one has evencome close. I would rate Jonathan's filet right on par with this other local restaurant. The dinners came with a choice ofpotato. My wife had gotten the baked potato which was delicious and I had gotten the steak fries which were also delicious. Theywere a little crunchy on the outside but soft and moist on the inside. The meals also came with a vegetable, which were grilledmixed vegetables. They were cooked and seasoned perfectly.
