So disappointed in Norm 's. Got a cheese steak sub. The sorriest thing I've seen. Nothing on it, just a little bit of chopped up... meat. No cheese, no peppers or onions. Nothing. Read more

Norm's is one of the best sit down restaurants in Wilkes-Barre! The waitresses are very friendly and give you that feeling of... being in a small town restaurant! They have RC and Pepsi products to drink and a full menu of pizza, wings, hoagies, stromboli's, bites, chicken fingers and fries, burgers. If you want good fresh cut fries though this is THE place! I always gohere because of the environment and the food! Plus everything is priced very well and you get big portions! So no leaving withan empty wallet and stomach. Read more

Amazing food and fabulous prices. Absolutely love dining here especially since it is a family owned restaurant, and Norm really... takes pride in the food he makes. I have never had a meal I didn't enjoy, from subs, to pizza, to chicken or pasta. Read more

Always very good food and still very good prices. Got a chef salad with extra dressing and a bowl of French onion soup for $13.... Not bad at all and it was delicious. They have the best chicken noodle soup and homemade French dressing. French onion soup wasawesome too. I wish they had more locations. Such a good place Read more

Ordered the manicotti. It was so unbelievably small, drowning in sauce. The glaric bread taste like slightly burned hotdog roll... tossed in butter and Italian seasoning to taste. My salad was bitter with lettuce and my tomatos had a over rip gritty texture.I got 1 slice of bell pepper on it and was drowned in cheese. server brushed off the fact my son's drink was wrong and he endedup drinking it anyways and my fiance side to his sanwhich was a littoral bag of chips. Couldn't even bother having chips on theside. Just a bag thrown on a plate. His buffalo sauce wasn't spicy and he said his bread ruined it so he ate the chicken alone. Wasn't 4.3 star at ALL! I called there on a Friday morning when they opened. I told them I wanted to reserve tables for 12 people. For a birthday party... and drop off a cake. Thank goodness they said yes. We all had a wonderful time. Thanks, Norm's the Pizza. Read more
