Weirdly slow, visited twice in the last month, both times it took 25-30 minutes for the server to come back after seating us,... just to take our drink order, but the drinks came back instantly. After waiting another 20 minutes for the server to return forour food order, we asked for more napkins, and while the food took roughly 20 minutes (VERY fast considering the order), butdidn't get those napkins until we were ready to pay? we usually go here once a month for date night. went there on saturday & it was slow for a saturday night no wait. we get sat... ordered the seafood stuffed, hair on the plate, we keep it quiet because the server was barley attentive seemed like we were abother. they brought out a lobster with two sides. worst food ever, lobster was so tiny & we paid 60 for one lobster thatisn’t enough to even feed you! we paid & got out of there. next time we’re going to red crab. Food was great. The waiter was very helpful and attentive. I had the salmon, lobster, shrimp combo. Everything was cooked... perfectly. They are running a special..$9.99 for a lobster tail add on to a meal. An awesome deal in my opinion. Be sure toask about it if you are a lobster lover like myself. Read more
We had the best time at the Wilkes Barre, PA Red Lobster. We had 8 people; they set us up in a room by ourselves with a lot of... space at the table. The waiter, Franco was amazing, very nice, and efficient. They were very accommodating, especially withpeople who have some walking challenges. We spoke to the Manager, Michael Gonzalez, afterwards and he was very pleasant. We hadjust traveled over 4 hours to visit our family and were so thankful everything went so smoothly for our get together. THANKS!! Read more

Appetizer was good. Rolls were cold and hard, Food was cold. Lobster tail was so dried out and burnt to the Shell couldn't even... get it out to eat. The waitress was nice but didn't bring everything we ordered. Poor service. Half the meal or over therewasn't a waitress or a manager around to get a hold of. The restaurant was not busy at all there was no reason for having towait long times. We sat with dirty dishes and cleared plates on our table the entire visit. We frequent this restaurant quiteoften and have eaten here for many years we will not be doing that any longer. Read more
Visited here on 11-14-2022 My daughter wanted to come here for her 15th birthday. There was a waiter here by the name of Sheena/... Shaina ( sorry if I butchered her name ) she made sure my daughter had a really great experience here, very patient, calm, greatcustomer service, just made our experience a really good one.
