We had our wedding reception in the Wine Room last weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Servers were great, the food was top... notch, as always. Special thanks to the GM Mark for ensuring everything went so smoothly. He went above and beyond and we are sovery grateful. Kathi, our Private Dining Manager was so great throughout the whole process of planning and choosing our menu. Iwould highly recommend Ruth's Chris to anyone for an amazing meal and great atmosphere. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Zero exaggeration, I’ve received better service at McDonald’s. Our... server was pretty much nowhere to be found most of the night. I had to go grab a pitcher and refill my own water, and ask thebusboy for more bread. Then comes our steaks; we ordered medium for my girlfriend and medium rare for me. She got medium rare,borderline rare, and I got medium well. So then we waited again for them to make new steaks. Mine came out right, but mygirlfriend’s was pretty much well done (picture). To top off our nightmare of an experience, the manager, Kim, stopped by all3 other tables within our dining area to see how everyone was doing except us. If you’re old and act like you’re rich, youget lots of attention. When they see a young couple, they presume you’re poor and hence, deserve no attention. Daniel was an awesome waiter! There was a table of 10 behind us that had 3-4 servers to handle them. We just needed Daniel! Food... is excellent and worth the money. Brussel sprouts are on the next level! Reason for 4 star not 5?- we ordered 2 cowboy ribeyesmed. 1 came out perfect, the other was too rare. They cooked it and sent it back perfect. Four of us wanted to celebrate and get a dinner at the "best" place we knew in the area. My brother and I both ordered our... steaks medium. Mine was good but his was overcooked so he asked for another one. We were all done by the time his came out. Thesecond one is the one in the photo. It was as rare as could be and couldn't be eaten. It was removed from the bill but after 2hours he left without eating dinner. 2 stars because Victoria had good service. Read more
You know what your getting going here. And you pay for what you get. I have gone up and down places trying steak and calamari to... compete in my opinion with Ruth's Chris. I have never had one come close. So I have saved my tastebuds from insult and decidedthat unless someone tells me.to try something that is close or better, I will just get my steak and calamari here and not goanywhere else for it. Side note, if you like your steak charred on the outside, then this place won't be your go to....im not afan of that, but I don't not enjoy it or appreciate it....I just like Ruth's Chris the most and the enjoyable line....500degrees on your left!!! Our Server was pleasant, food was average, and our Birthday plate was cute. Lamb Chops were over cooked, no remolaude served... with crab cakes, over priced honestly. I made reservations and when we were sat in a corner in this room that was the worst spotin the restaurant and I asked if we could be moved the hostess said no. We were a 2 top and there were several other spots wecould have been moved to. For the price you are charged I think my request could have been accomodated. If you are looking for a perfectly cooked steak, this is the place to eat. Our shrimp were also exceptional. Everything is a... la carte, our mushrooms, asparagus, and loaded baked potato were good.
