Friendly counter personnel. Quick service, and I have never had a problem there for lunch.

Wish there was a 2.5 option. As far as subway goes, this place is par for the course service wise. Micro thin mozzarella, a... singular layer of millimeter meat, and an entire head of lettuce. I?ve never experienced this myself, but I?ve been told theydon?t accept coupons at this store, so use them at your own risk. Read more

Not attentive to details and very cold to say it's customer service. The sandwiches were made sloppy the only reason I purchased... them is because my children were hungry and really wanted them. Read more

I NEVER write reviews online for anything but what occured today was too ridiculous for words. Ordered a sandwich online and my... husband picked it up. When he got home and I checked it, it wasn't correct, I even rechecked my order confirmation to make sureI didn't make a mistake. My husband went back to have it corrected, a different employee was at the counter, he explained to herthe situation. First she argued with him that we ordered the wrong thing, he showed her the order confirmation on his phone,then she argued with him about him being in the wrong location (she must've had his head spinning because he actually went tothe other location a few minutes away), when he goes back to her she continues arguing with him she didn't have the order in thesystem etc., so then HOW did he get the first incorrectly made order to begin with?!!! Argued with him some more before shebegrudgingly made the correct order, acting like he was just supposed to go away having paid for the incorrectly made ANDwithout a REFUND, I've never seen my husband so annoyed and flustered over anything, it takes a special kind of "person" to dothis. I've worked retail, I don't believe the customer is always right, but when a customer is in front of you with proof intheir literal hand that you guys screwed and you stand there and argue, like seriously, come on. One of the ladies who works there speaks in her phone while she is preparing the food, and sometimes does not make the food the... way I wanted just because she is busy talking in her phone. One time I told her I want soup and I also told her that I do noteat chicken but she gave me noddiles and chicken soup, and after I figured out that she did not give the veggie soup, I calledthe restaurant and she answered, I told her about my soup, she told me to come and get a new one. I think next day I went andshe told me they did not have the veggie soup. I went to them many times and eveytime I went they told me that they were runinngout of the soup, so I did not get a soup, and did not at least get a refund. Read more

By far the worst experience I have had at a Subway. I walk to the counter and the woman at the counter was beyond rude. I have... been to this subway before and I recall she was not the friendliest person, but I thought she may have been having a bad daylike we all do once in awhile. However, I order Italian herb and cheese bread and she proceeds to tell me they only have regularbread at the moment. So I say that is fine, then when I choose the toppings I notice there are flies EVERYWHERE. So needless tosay I now lost my appetite. I checkout and it came to $4.44 so I give her my $10 and she gives me back $5.50. She shorted me 6cents. Granted this is such a small amount of money but imagine if they are doing this to everyone, how much extra they aremaking! Just a heads up to everyone who is planning to visit this subway. I stopped by for my lunch, while in line i get a call from my child's school i pick up to learn he is not feeling well.. the... person behind the counter(Manager) freaks out tells me how rude i am for answering my phone and basically told me to gosomewhere else. Not to mention that the women a head of me was on the phone and ordered her food and for some odd reason thismanager did not care for her! no way of doing customer service and no way that can be a manager anywhere.
