Worst taco bell ever. Let me start by saying I own a small business and know how petty some people can be with negative reviews.... This is my second time ordering from this location. The 1st time I let it slide with stake chalupa shells. This time was it wasthe same thing. Chalupa shells were old,hard,chewy and tasted like old grease. It literally broke apart when I was eating it.The soft taco shell was hard around the edges. I ordered a side of nacho cheese and recieved a ¼ of the container full. 0 saucepacks that I asked for. So they lost my order and then the female manager argued with me about it until I showed her the receipt on my phone. They... grabbed my phone and passed it around with their gloves on and got it greasy. The first photo has the burritos that we ordered.The ones in the back are what first came out and then my boyfriend went back in and the bottom ones are the next ones they gavehim. When he went back in she yelled at him for coming back. To top it all off I never got my cinnamon twist, we got the wrongdrink twice, the nachos didn't have extra meat and the taco had sour cream when we asked for it without. I paid over 20 dollarsand absolutely everything was done wrong. Twice. He then tried to call them and speak with the manager and they wouldn'tanswer.
