Very very gross I?ve never seen a chipotle this gross. The food is all over the place and it?s super crusty and cross... contaminated. Service is pretty awful if you order online it might be up to 20-30 mins late. Place is always understaffed withnever a manager on duty. Ordered for pick up and it was mostly sour cream, very little beans and protein and no queso blanco. If you order ahead for pick... up, CHECK YOUR ORDER. I wish I had looked at these reviews BEFORE I ordered for pick up on 5/15/22. I arrived 2 minutes after the "promised time", and... I live 2 minutes from the location. When I got home all my food was cold. The steak burrito had a hole in it, the meat was fattyand chewy, and there was more sour cream in the burrito than any other ingredient. The chicken burrito bowl had vey littlechicken, but plenty of cheese (which was barely melted). And the chips were stale and cold. What a waste of money. Read more
