Curbside pickup service is great here. Order is always ready on time and food is hot. The staff members that bring your order to... you are extremely friendly and helpful. If there was something in your order that was not available and they let you know andgive you a choice of what you would like to replace it with. They bring the replacement item out very quickly. I woulddefinitely recommend using their curbside pickup if you are taking out. Read more

Ridiculously busy when we arrived. Took 20 minutes to get seated. Probably another 10 minutes to have a server come to the... table. I had fried chicken breast and loaded sweet potato. I did not cate for the chicken. Sweet potato was tasty. My diningpartner had grilled chicken w/ bacon and maple sauce which was much better received than my meal, although when it was broughtout, the server had to take it back because they forgot the glaze/sauce. Tonight being Sunday October 16 the GF and myself both got your meatloaf dinner. Her two sides were french fries and a salad... with a Dr. Pepper. Mine came with hash brown casserole, Cole slaw, and a cup of vegetable soup. I choose to pour some gravy onmine. This was some of the best dam meatloaf I have had in ages! Hot tasty, very delicious. The casserole delicious. The Coleslaw not dry but not over creamy. Very delicious also. I had their strawberry lemonade which was a nice sweet drink. Service was sub par. The prices are good. The cheesecake pancakes were not so good. The filling was runny and the pancakes were... dense and rubbery. Server was not that good. She wasnt to friendly. She didnt even come by to refill our drinks. Read more

I was on my first long distance camping trip with my travel trailer and had the usual great breakfast here in Wilkes-Barre. No... surprise there. BUT?..the Jayco keys in the photo were left on the table right where you see them and I proceeded to drive 240miles to my first destination in Virginia where I realized said keys missing. In a panic I called the restaurant and your staffhad found them. I was so relieved however now do I drive all the way back or send for an overnight pickup and delivery. Well ididn?t have to worry about that because they packaged up the keys and sent them overnight for me. Thank you ladies and I?ll seeyou on my way back to Massachusetts soon. Read more

Taking a trip to the Poconos, I've never been to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. I'm glad I did not once but twice during my... trip First time, I tried their southern fried chicken and it was delicious. My closest friends had their country friend steakand they enjoyed it as well. Second time, we went for brunch. I had their sampler which was delicious! Mmmmmm. Mmmmm. Love the homestyle southern cooking. Gotta have their southern fried chicken. I had a bad experience her years... ago where they messed up everyone's order and took forever to get it out to us and when they did it was cold. I still feel likewe waited awhile to be served, but it was a Sunday and they were very busy. Other than that, my food was yummy. My waitress wasvery nice. And I left with a full tummy and leftovers!
