UPDATE: This place gets contiously worse with time. Definitely needs to hire a completely new staff and start fresh. When you... close in the day at 11am and send people to an overpacked drive thru, you need more staff. There was a kid at the door tellingpeople they were closed rather than working behind yhe counter. Think about it. You shouldn't allow your employees to sit at thebackdoor and smoke either. Just some thoughts... Daytime manager and normal crew- AWESOME! Nighttime staff was terrible. Theycould not figure out how to properly make a tea as per how it was ordered. I swear that staff was the most incompetent bunch Ihave had in a while. The old ones seemed to have gone away and I thought the issues were fixed. This is why businesses fail...something to keep in mind. I hate writing bad reviews but they are needed and it's unfortunate. Maybe I will visit another timein the future and my mind can be changed... Read more
