UPDATE: This place gets contiously worse with time. Definitely needs to hire a completely new staff and start fresh. When you... close in the day at 11am and send people to an overpacked drive thru, you need more staff. There was a kid at the door tellingpeople they were closed rather than working behind yhe counter. Think about it. You shouldn't allow your employees to sit at thebackdoor and smoke either. Just some thoughts... Daytime manager and normal crew- AWESOME! Nighttime staff was terrible. Theycould not figure out how to properly make a tea as per how it was ordered. I swear that staff was the most incompetent bunch Ihave had in a while. The old ones seemed to have gone away and I thought the issues were fixed. This is why businesses fail...something to keep in mind. I hate writing bad reviews but they are needed and it's unfortunate. New que for drive in service is confusing and hard to navigate. Staff always gets my order correct. Thanks

I had to turn around for my ice coffee to be corrected because I ordered 9 granulated sugars and received 0. When they corrected... the coffee is still only had about 5 sugars in it. I make these myself all the time and I know what 9 sugars looks like settledat the bottom of the cup. $4.12 for a coffee and they can?t even make it the way you ask two separate times. Read more

Edit:downgrading my review. Called to tell them that their coconut milk may be bad because my drink tasted really off and just... brusushed it off and said it was still good so I guess I just waisted $4. This isn't the first time I've heard of thishappening. Additional edit: coworker is also missing carmal in their drink It's usually pretty fast but they tend to forgetstuff on orders over 3 items a lot.
