Ordered take out, a pizza, salad and wings. The wings were extremely small, I ordered a dozen and got 8, I guess that?s... considered an order. Sauce was awful, tasted like ketchup. Salad was indescribable , looked like someone?s leftovers scrapedinto a container, no dressing and was not even what I ordered. I hate to do this but very very disappointed today. Not only was I made the wrong pizza when I specified the exact pizza I... wanted. (Nothing special either) but even the wrong pizza is dry and has almost no cheese on it. I only get to have pizza fromhere once in a while as it?s almost an hour away. What a let down. :( Read more

Food could have been better. Surely not the grotto I remember. Pizza was good and hot but bland. The wings were really tiny,... lots of pieces of broken chicken and bones. Most wings were luckily 3" long and no meat on them. Good flavor. For $1.00 plus perwing, not worth it. Our server was very kind. Read more

Have been going here for a few years. The experience and food are typically good. Went today and they seem to have replaced the... white meat with dark in their grand slam wing dip. I get that they raised the prices, all businesses have, but please don?treduce the quality too. Also, our waitress was fabulous and a delight. She was attentive and very pleasant. On a side note: Weate at the Harvey?s lake Grotto about a week ago. The wing dip there was all white meat and not very oily. What are they doingdifferently? Read more

The food is extremely good. I'd recommend the grand slam wings, they are excellent. We had the nicest waitress, I believe her... name was Kayla. She was so pleasant and service was great! Definitely recommended. Read more

Like John...we had a similar experience so instead of complaining we just ordered extra cheese. This is what we got tonight.... After 14 years ordering there, don't know what's happened in the past 2 years...... I'm adding an edit to this 4 months afterthe above post. Changed from 1 to 4 stars....We had Grotto's pizza tonight after not having it for a very long time because ofseveral bad experiences in a row... whomever made our pizza tonight REDEEMED my love for grotto. Visited this place prior to going to the circus. I had Chicken parmesan, which was pretty decent. Came on a Kaiser roll. French... onion was decent as well. Overall nothing too special but it hit the spot. Read more

just ordered a plain cheese pizza, and this is what I got.. paper thin crust. A whole bucket of sauce dumped on it and zero... cheese. Tried to eat it and its like eating a bowl of spaghetti sauce. Helen Keller could make a better pizza. This place isTRASH. Thats where this pizza belongs Read more
